My 8 week transformation!!!!! I have a program that I just finished and absolutely 💕 it! It ran for 8 weeks, 4 days a week, and 30 minutes a day,... and I got to do it at home during my sons naps!! I’m not the strongest, I’m not the fastest, and I’m not the most attractive, but I’m 💪🏼 today than I was eight weeks ago. My Diastasis Recti is still healing but it’s getting soooo much better! 😃
So thankful for this adventure and how it’s changing other lives too!

The ladies will be using the Arnolds 2017 'Bad Hombre' which has been rebuilt to the same spec and features as the mens.
Both logs are purpose built for breaking records, which records will fall this year?

Some of you have been asking if I’m still training while I’m away on my honey moon and the answer is YES! Anything you want to do be it crossfit, bodybuilding, running, hiking, skiing, or just getting out of a chair - all of it is easier if you are strong.
I started CrossFit 3 week ago with a really great base of strength from my time powerlifting and it makes a difference!
This is literally my first time doing thrusters (I had to YouTube it before class to figure out what it was....) and I hit a respectable 115 3RM.
Now, I am not saying that’s an amazing amount of weight or that my form is perfect (remember this is my first time doing it) but because I got strong first, it makes anything I want to do easier.
Not everyone wants to get ripped or compete in powerlifting, but every person can get a little bit stronger and I promise you won’t ever regret it.
