During the school year I typically only lift 3 days a week for about an hour, with a 4th 30 minute HIIT/Ab workout if I have time, but if you find yourself with some extra unplanned time, don’t make excuses. Get to the gym and get it done.💪🏼😍
YALL I literally died when I saw @the.jaelino.show freak out and thought I was going to fall off on box squats 😭
Anyways, hit a chill leg day today.
225lbs for box squat then did 75lbs for over head, actually ended overhead squat with 85lbs for 12 reps. My goal is to hit 135lbs next month on over head squats. Then went to 70lbs dumbbell stiff legs for 8 reps. Honestly, my love for heavy lifting has grown tremendously in the past month & im so excited to see what the future holds 🖤
Sorry for the crapppppy posts and not having any workout vids posted these past few days... I have been super busy studying for Anatomy and trying to balance life, school, gym, and personal happiness lol.😅👍🏻 This weekend will be my weekend to try out some new recipes (no bake protein balls coming 👀) and to HOPEFULLY deadlift at least 305 because it’s been 926363 years since I’ve pulled a heavy weight and I miss it.
I don’t always do Crossfit, but when I do, heavy lifting is usually involved #crossfittotal

La primera sorprendida al ver la comparativa de las dos fotos he sido yo... así que tenéis permiso para flipar un poquito.
Y podría haber puesto una foto mejor, pero la verdad es que me apetecía enseñaros el cuerpo escombro que tenía 😂(WTFFFF)
Siempre he sido activa, llevaba años bailando y me llamaban la atención otro tipo de deportes. Pero no tenía una relación sana con la comida.
En realidad sigo siendo esa artista que pensaba que podía cambiar el mundo con su arte. La de las causas perdidas. La que soñaba con hacer algo tan grande que dejara huella. Pero ahora soy mas fuerte (fisicamente salta a la vista, psicológicamente os lo digo yo) más sabia y con muchísimas más experiencias dentro.
En estos 10 años, acabé un grado superior y una carrera, superé una anorexia, perdí a personas y gané otras,me rompí unas cuantas veces y cosí mis pedazos, me reí mucho y guardé mil recuerdos. Y ahora, en unos de los mejores momentos de mi vida ❤️

Ready to kick ass the rest of this week 🤙🏼 I definitely got a lil fluffy over the holiday season 🙈 but it’s alll gooood cause I enjoyed myself to the MAX! Now it’s time to cut down, my plan is to be doing HIIT 2x a week, a full body workout 1x a week, and booty workout 1x a week. When starting out with your workout plans, start small! Start with ONE goal so you don’t overwhelm yourself, and make your goal about the action, not the result. It’s much more effective to set a goal of going to the gym 2x per week than losing 2 pounds or inches per week. Actions will always lead to results so let’s focus on that! 😘
