This seems like an accurate way to inform my loved ones that I will be having surgery done in a few weeks. With the amazing theme in the pic, it will be in/on/close to my heart. Prayers more than anything! I’m not afraid to say I am scared.
Rehabilitation the right way!! Handstands are one of my favourite exercises to do!! Good for the upper body strength, core and balance plus they are so much fun!!!
Being a former gymnast helps as well.
Went down to the Gramps on the weekend and did some classics that I couldn’t do a few years ago, some cool newer lines, and the FA of Pogohontas (three guesses what kind of move is involved) - V11/8Aish just down from Gripmaster at the Kindergarten. Who’s ready for the season???
