Just finished an awesome push session that has left my chest and shoulders burning 💪🏻🔥 honestly no better feeling than giving your all in the gym and all the endorphins that come with it 💫 time to fuel up with a shake for the gains!
This smoothie has been my go-to after a workout for the last few weeks and a lot of you have been asking me for the recipe, so here it is:
• 60g protein powder
• 2 frozen bananas
• 2-3 cups of crushed ice
• 1 shot of coffee
• 30g cocoa

Feels so good to be back on track and making progress again 🔥
Taking this weekend off from social media really gave me time to reflect on why I share my life online and it has only made me more motivated to keep on improving all aspects of my life and creating content that can encourage others to do the same! 🙏🏻
