10 miles. Tried to keep the paces as consistent pace. Luke and I got a scare, als not got ran over at a 4 way stop where there was clearly a cross walk. Guy pushed the gas before he looked forward. Beside that it was a good run. A bit humid and Luke had a pop accident but didn’t even stop running 😂 im so embarrassed.

What we did today...
Special first aid class for PNB Kinabalu Team, with emphasis on CPR. Being a first aider is no trivial job. Doing 30 times chest compression on repeat could be taxing, especially if the first aider is lacking on fitness. That's why we, a first aider or not, must keep our body in shape so that we could be of help to someone in need or at least not becoming a burden to anyone. 😉😎

Got my serious concentration face on as I head to the finish line @runenglishhalf 10k on Sunday, I even had my tongue out in one photo! .
The high I felt at completing that race was like nothing I ever felt before. I was so overjoyed at being able to do something I had never even dreamed of doing a couple of months before. Problem is, now I've got to chase that high, so I've signed up to 2 more 10k races in the next two months.....even looking at what else I can squeeze in before Christmas 🙈😂 .
