For Drinks, we had Spiced Mango, which doesn't only have mango juice but also pineapple & coconut juice with a hint of spice. A very different experience. Also had a black tea combo; a mixture of black tea, ginger with strawberry & kombucha, garnished with ginger & mint. The mixture of all these different ingredients made up a very different and delicious drink.
The last and my favourite drink we had was " Keep Calm", a mixture of chamomile tea, lychee juice, fresh white grapes and lime juice, forming my favourite sweet & sour taste.
Virsaviya is 8 years old and was born with a rare condition called Pentalogy of Cantrell. This means her heart is outside because a part of her rib cage & abdominal muscles are missing. Because of this, Virsaviya has no diaphragm & her heart and arteries don’t work properly.💜
Nonetheless, she is one of the happiest children i’ve ever seen! She takes life as it comes & runs with it! She is a Warrior!❤💪

You know how people say #progress is slow, well they couldn’t be more #right
For the last year or so I’ve been in the #gym almost every day, lunging about, craving #abs but never getting them. Now I also knew I could have them if I #workedhard enough and ate cleaner but life’s for enjoying too right? 🍕
Anyway, I always wanted abs for as long as I can remember but I wasn’t willing to do the hard work to get them; #eatclean So essentially I figured out I obviously didn’t want them bad enough, which was #true 🙋🏻♀️
However, since moving to Mallorca, and living in an apartment with almost 0% bad food. It’s hard to not lose some of the excess pudge on my #stomach So within a week of being here i can already see so much of a difference and now i’ve decided that I do want them, quite badly, so I’m gonna #work until I get them💪🏽
A lot of boys (after telling them I wanted abs) have told me it’s “unattractive”, “manly” and “girls don’t need abs”. And that’s true, we don’t and neither do they. But I want them, to impress myself. It’s been a #goal of mine and I understand they may not be to everyone’s liking but we’re all different and what I like, I don’t expect everyone else to like 🤷🏻♀️
So this post is more letting you all know where I am on my #fitness scale, pretty #strong . Hoping to lean down and get the abs I’ve always wanted. Or just a #toned stomach. Either or 🤷🏻♀️ Now, more importantly, let me tell you that these two pictures were not taken within the week of me being here in #mallorca Oh Lord God no, the first picture is from August 24th so almost a month ago and the second one was taken this morning, after waking up, having trained #legs and got my 10,000 steps in yesterday and I having not eaten anything, so no #bloat
These pictures are to show you all how slow progress can be, it took me years to #gain the weight but it took me even longer to lose it. And I can tell you right now. It was 100% worth it! It’s a long process but #celebrate the little wins because they’re what make it so satisfying and #worthwhile ♥️Set little #goals every day/week and reward yourself when you #achieve them! With a haircut or #spa day🤷🏻♀️Keep it simple🙌 #sunburn

Are you serious about losing fat and toning up?
You are? Good.
But if you want to lose weight and tone up, there’s one thing you NEED to know.
You NEED to know which foods are good to eat, and which are best avoided.
By now, you should already know WHY you need to get your diet right to lose weight.
You should also know about the 1-80 rule – the most important rule when it comes to choosing the foods in your diet (and avoiding binging). But which foods are actually healthy single-ingredient foods (the ones you need to eat 80% of the time according to the 1-80 rule)? That’s the big question!
So to make things REALLY easy for you, we’ve come up with a simple list for you.
It’s divided into three categories:
Eat 80% – You can eat these every day
Eat 20% – Eat these once or twice a week
TMO – Treat meals only
The majority of what you eat should come from the 80% section. The TMO foods should be reserved for “treat meals” as they really aren’t healthy – they should be kept to one meal a week at the most (aka the “treat meal”)!

Ogni grammo di carboidrati accumula più o meno 3 o 4 volte il suo peso in ACQUA ⛲ questo vuol dire che togliendoli, vi state solamente momentaneamente privando di liquidi, che è male, MALISSIMO! 😰
Inoltre, cito il dr. Migliaccio (presidente della società Italiana di scienza per l'alimentazione) "I grassi bruciano al fuoco dei carboidrati" 🔥
Senza carboidrati da bruciare, si accumuleranno corpi chetonici che riducono la massa magra (addio #muscoli 💪🏽)
- stanchezza - insonnia - nausea - stitichezza - alito cattivo
Come risolvere? Easy!
Basta optare per l'integrale (quello vero) che non innalza i picchi di zucchero nel sangue e hanno un assorbimento più lento. 🌾🌾🌾
Impariamo ad alimentarci in modo intelligente, impariamo a dare al nostro organismo quello di cui ha bisogno, carboidrati compresi.

Each gram of carbohydrates accumulates more or less 3 or 4 times its weight in WATER ⛲ this means that by removing them, you are only momentarily depriving yourself of liquids, which is bad, VERY VERY BAD! 😰
Furthermore, I quote dr. Migliaccio (president of the Italian Society of Food Science)
"Fats burn in the fire of carbohydrates" 🔥
Without carbohydrates to burn, ketone bodies will accumulate and reduce lean body mass (goodbye #muscles 💪🏽)

How to solve? Easy!
Just opt for the integral (the real one) that does not raise blood sugar peaks and have a slower absorption. 🌾🌾🌾
We have to learn to feed ourselves in an intelligent way, we have to learn to give our body what it needs, including carbohydrates.
