Your goals don't stop just because it's the weekend... Heck, your goals don't even KNOW it's the weekend!
More often than not we fall into that "weekend" trap, where all of our hard work 🏋️♀️ and healthy eating 🥗🍳🍠 goes right out the window... AND IT DOESN'T HAVE TO! ✋
I'm not saying you have to be AS strict on the weekends as you are during the week... You still HAVE to enjoy yourself 🍕🍷, but just do so in moderation! You still have to live! And #pizzaislife 😏
So if you know you're going out for dinner or having some drinks with friends, adjust your calories accordingly for the day so you CAN indulge!
🗣️🗣️But most importantly and if you take anything away from this - LET THIS BE IT!
If you over-indulge - because #lifehappens, WE ALL DO IT 🙋🏼♀️... DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT 🛑 punish yourself the next day!!!! That means - NO crazy workouts or hours of cardio, NO depriving yourself of calories and ABSOLUTELY NO NEGATIVE SELF TALK!!! Drink some extra water 💧 and get right back on track AND MOVE ON! ✅
Side note - we did my daughter's cake smash yesterday, and were given the remaining cake to take home 🤤 and I can confidently say, I ate a way more than I probably should have yesterday but I loved every second of it... So, totally worth it! 🤷🏼♀️ #itsallaboutbalance

💢Lately I have been having some muscle spasms/cramping at the bottom of my squats and lunges in my right hip.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔲 I decided to try some exercises from @kinstretch@functionalrangeconditioning ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔲 I had difficulty performing the repetitions very slow and controlled because of hamstring tightness and hip weakness. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅Perform EVERY repetition slow and controlled. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅ Pull your opposite leg close to your body ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Add these as part of your warm up if you are like me and experience similar symptoms! 💪🏽⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Lorsqu’on est avec un cheval, il faut être sincère. Il sait tout de nous, c’est lui qui nous guide. On me demande comment je fais pour avoir cette relation avec mes chevaux et comment je fais pour réaliser certaines figures.
La réponse est simple quand j’ai commencé à écouter mes chevaux et non les discours des autres sur comment monter à cheval, j’ai pu développer une confiance mutuelle.
Passer du temps avec votre cheval, observer et aimer le.
Ne pas être trop exigeant avec lui, ce n’est pas une machine. Soyez exigeant avec vous même car le problème vient rarement du cheval mais du cavalier.
Se remettre en cause et avancer.

Happy change involves lots of bending and growing. My transformational change involved getting used to my new life, some of my adjustments included finding new ways to be true to myself, figuring out what I really wanted out of life, and feeling comfortable in my own skin.
Part of my change was acknowledging what all I was leaving behind with my new milestones but also taking into account the experiences of those losses.
I had to also remind myself that when one door closes, many other doors open and to keep my eye on when those open doors present themselves.
For example the start and finishing of my book "BREAKING DOWN BARRIERS"!!! I am looking forward to what the possibilities will present and go after them because "I'M RELENTLESS"!!!
