The picture on the right was about two and half years ago when I had reached the highest weight I have ever been my life. The funny thing is I didn’t really notice it until I saw this picture right after my grandma took it. I remember seeing it and being so disappointed in how I looked and so angry that I had let myself get that far. All over Instagram we see very real transformations but they are labeled with a very unrealistic amount of time that it took them to transform. This has taken me almost THREE YEARS. this is not something that happens in 3 months or even 6 months. I’ve put gallons of sweat, tears and pretty much my whole life for the past three years has revolved around this transformation. The point I’m trying to get across is CONSISTENCY!! Keep on going and don’t ever stop if this is what you really want. You MUST make this one of the biggest priorities in your life in order to see any results at all.
My dad always says that, “the people that matter will see you, and if they don’t see you then they don’t matter”. When I play my dad in chess, he warns me not to chase ghosts (as he calls it) and to always think several moves ahead. That requires immense focus and strategy. My dreams have been omens to stay focused. #StayFocused 🔑

My goal is simply to be a better version of myself..everyday.
Things I have learnt about setting goals.. ◾recognise there is always room for growth
◾actively seeking change ◾identify your strengths & weaknesses, then improve your strength. never hinder the development of your strengths just to improve your weaknesses. ◾set attainable and achievable goals with a date. Do not change it even when the going gets tough.
◾people tend to write down some ambitious goal, tell everyone what their goal is, then do the bare minimum to actually get it..until it's too late.. and wonder why they remain stagnant. ◾always seek to learn. Every step you take to achieve that goal is an experience or lesson learnt. ◾be honest and accountable with yourself ◾stay focused
When you put your mind to it.. nothing is unachievable!
Meditation is essential to feel well and live a Happy Life. Meditation can help us to eliminate negative thoughts, worries, anxiety, all factors that can prevent us feeling happy. It has been proved that the practice of meditation, carried out on a regular basis, will mitigate the symptoms of stress and anxiety try some yoga etc...
