Being a mom isn’t easy and if there is 1 thing I’ve learned as a mom it’s.. you only have 10 minutes to get ready and I only have 2 minutes to take a selfie😂 (if I’m lucky). Being a stay at home mom is definitely 2 full time jobs.😂 #stayathomemom#fitmom#fitnessgirl#selfie
52/365- Dear Lennon, Daddy is working an overnight tonight. Actually, he’s been working overnights for the past 2 1/2 weeks. It’s hard sometimes. After you’re in bed, I’m alone... with our crazy dog. Honestly it can be lonely. I definitely miss the company and snuggles. Even though it’s hard- it’s also wonderful. We get to experience the last moments of the day with just you and me. Together we play, explore and learn. I also get to be the first person you see, hug and kiss in the morning. Together we make breakfast and prepare for Daddy’s return home. When he does, it’s the most remarkable reminder of how incredibly blessed we are to have one another. The moments apart can be so beautiful, but the moments we have together are perfect. Thank you for keeping me company tonight. You ooze love and joy. I love you so much, Beautiful. Love, Mama #togetherwithfamily#mommydaughter#momdaughter#missyoudaddy#momlife#stayathomemom#momblogger#mombloggers#momblog#mommoments#thankfulforfamily#letterstobaby#deardaughter#dearbaby#lovemom

Who doesn't LOVE a stuffed pepper?!.... my husband. 😏 But it's like my FAVORITE! 😍 So, I make them anyway. 😅..
🌱the cool thing about stuffed peppers though is you always have extra "stuff". My husband loves the "stuff" just not all that pepper. Which is fine because I can give him what he and the kids want and then I get what I want! 😋👊🏼.
🌱and there are like SOOO many dang spins you can put on this thing. Mexican style. Italian. Vegetarian. Vegan. Ground beef or turkey. Chicken. Beans. Enchilada style. Tomato sauce. Dry. You literally can do anything you want! ☺️.
🌱I did a ranch style chicken for these bad boys. A first!
🐔I cooked two chicken breast in my pressure cooker for 15 minutes. I seasoned first with olive oil and ranch seasoning. Added in a little ACV and water and let the MAGIC happen!
🌶meanwhile I steamed some bell peppers in my oven. Cut out the insides. Put a tiny bit of water in a glass pan. And baked them face down in the water at 400 degrees till they started getting soft. About 20 minutes..
🌾next I made some quinoa with chicken broth and more ranch seasoning..
🥒I chopped up some zucchini and mushrooms, sautéed them in a pan, added some tomato sauce, seasoned with onion powder, salt & pepper..
💚then combined EVERYTHING. Shredded the chicken and threw that in with the veggies along with the quinoa, some spinach and Parmesan cheese! You can bake them for a little to get a broiled cheese top, but I just left mine as is.
💪🏼👍🏼 I got dinner made EARLY tonight, like before FIVE. I feel sooo relaxed! 😉 ..
And these are so DELISH and the best part is I will have leftovers for lunch tomorrow! I LOVE leftovers!
Happy eating friends! 😘..
Stop beating yourself up. You are a work in progress ~ which means you get there a little at a time...Not all at once. .
This is something I have to literally tell myself every . single . day...
I get asked a lot about motivation and what motivates me. THIS motivates me. The picture on the left was taken on January 7th and the one on the right was yesterday. The changes are small, but they are there..
Seeing these side by side (even though the angles are slightly different), I can still see changes for the better. As long as I see them it keeps me motivated to keep going. .
My other tip for motivation (and some people will roll their eyes or think it’s a ridiculous idea and guess what....I don’t care! 😜) is to commit to posting a picture of yourself after every single workout you do. I guarantee that if you publicly decide to do this it will help keep you motivated. I mean without the workout there is no picture! And if there’s no picture, your friends and family will know. That right there helps hold you accountable. If you don’t believe me, try it. .
The point to all of this is that just because I do it every day doesn’t mean I always want to, but when I don’t I go back to what motivates me....and that is comparing pictures to see the subtle changes and knowing that if I don’t workout everyone will know because there won’t be a post-workout picture. .
Find what works for you, but whatever it is, commit to it...100% and if you do, the changes will come!
Same people, so much change! I remember one of the first weddings we were attending after having Hadley and so embarrassed wearing my maternity dress because nothing fit! .
Flash forward a year later with 8 months of focus on takin care of me and I had to go shopping for a new dress that fit! I am the most confident I have ever been in my life and dang do I feel good. .

Guilty🙋🏻♀️ I over-indulged on our all-inclusive vacation. And even though I kept up with my workouts, it does not compensate for poor nutrition! Thankfully I’m back on track with a delicious Mexican-inspired Sweet Potato Skin dinner from our Take Back the Kitchen weekly meal plan. While I missed my guacamole and cervezas today, I won’t miss the extra pounds I packed on. Check out my InstaStories for a sneak peek of the #recipe!
I think this stigma over making the perfect posts on social media is bs.
I have seen way to many posts (including mine) that have been so set up to look so perfect I’m calling BS!
I’m calling bs on the pressure a mom feels when they have to push the cluster aside before snapping that shot in fear of being judged. The people who have to always say all the good things but never the bad about motherhood in fear of someone saying they arnt a good mom.
I’m calling BS to the stigma that we have to take 100 selfies just to find one good shot so people don’t think we really are a hotmess.
This world is not perfect and either is a single living being on it. I think it’s time to stop worrying about trying to portray a perfect world for ourselves when we all know it’s BS!
These are out pages they are ment to represent OUR life’s so take that messy house shot, don’t worry talking about it if your kids are about to make you loose your💩
Be real and be happy doing it!
I am not one to do long testimonies on social media due to the fact that I am one to scroll past long posts but, I promise if you keep reading you will learn things about me you probably didn't know!
I am 33 years old with the most amazing support groups (family, friends, pruvit community ect..) if you would have asked me a year ago my answer would have been different but, not because they weren't there for me but, because I didnt believe I could reach out ( to anyone). I felt like my life had no future or direction (lost in a world full of people, screaming and no one could hear me)worst feeling ever!
A friend kept popping up on my feed talking about this once a day drink, that wasnt an easy fix but had long term benefits. ( yeah right.... I said it too) but when I got the pack I was very sceptical. It took me two days to try it and from there my life has changed.....for the better! My community of pruvers are there when I need them, crazy I gained another family on the way to trying to find myself again!
This is not a diet and this is not a quick fix this is my way to better! It's crazy to think what this one small drink a day has done for me!
Let's talk about what's NOT in these products! No dues, harsh chemicals, sulfates, petroleum or toxins. Below are 2 more ingredients and why you don't want them in your products:
No parabens: parabens are in a ton of products but what are they exactly? Parabens are preservatives that are a frequent cause of allergic reactions, they have been linked to breast cancer and have been found in large concentrations in breast tumors. They also may have negative consequences on hormones and reproductive functions and development.
Lots of nasty stuff! Fortunately they are easy to spot, when reading your labels the ingredient will end with the word "paraben".
No fragrances: wanna know what's messed up about fragrances? Companies aren't required to tell you what ingredients make up their scents! Fragrances can cause allergic reactions and skin irritation, some contain chemicals that can disrupt hormones and can effect infant development and reproduction. .
Both the bath wash and llama lotion are also cruelty free, vegan, drug-free and natural and great for sensitive skin😊
Don't miss out on the flash sale going on right now and try both of these products out!

twos are hard for me. being able to have an ongoing conversation & knowing how capable he is i often forget that he is only TWO years old. sometimes my expectations are too high & my temper is too short. often my frustrations are caused by fogged perceptions but on those days, the moments of clarity are so sweet. the pure joy of being able run through a field of flowers or the excitement of seeing a digger outside of his window. watching him light up over the little things we miss or take advantage of helps bring me back to reality, & i hope that never fades 💜

Why do people so often feel the need to explain everything. Who you were and where you were is not everyone’s business. Look at you now. 💫🙌🏽

💕ᴡʜᴇɴ ʏᴏᴜ ᴀsᴋ ᴀ sᴛᴀʏ ᴀᴛ ʜᴏᴍᴇ ᴍᴏᴍ ᴡʜᴀᴛ sʜᴇ ᴅɪᴅ ᴀʟʟ ᴅᴀʏ...
At the end of the day, when my husband gets home from work and asks me how my day was and what all we did, I may not be able to tell him about any super exciting adventures we went on or rattle off a bunch of things I accomplished. I may just look at him with a blank stare and say, “I don’t even remember,” because the truth is, I really don’t remember 🤦🏻♀️ Sometimes the day is just one big blur...
But then I REALLY start to think about what I did all day and I begin to smile.
Because though I may not have gotten one thing done that I wanted to around the house or crossed any of the items off the same to-do list that I swear I’ve had for months, I did indeed actually do a lot throughout the course of the day.
I cuddled with my babies on the couch while I read them books 📚 I kept their little bellies full🤱🏻 I cleaned up the kitchen just to dirty it again. I made towers and ramps out of blocks and watched as my son crashed into them with the biggest smile on his face. I colored and drew shapes and put stickers on dinosaur pictures 🦕 I stared at my newborn while she slept in my arms. I made silly faces with my toddler and tickled him until he did his adorable belly laugh 😂And the list goes on.
Of course there’s also the not so fun things I did...such as saying “no” a zillion times (and trust me, that one is exhausting). Changing a ridiculous amount of dirty diapers. Having my two year old back talk me in his own language🙄 Trying to cook dinner while getting screamed and tugged at. All of those fun things that you now give your own mother so much credit for.
So let me just end with this. If you’re a stay at home mom, please don’t ever discredit the work you are doing or feel like you aren’t doing enough. You have an extremely important job and you should give yourself a nice little pat on the back. Because, I for one, know that to an outsider it may not seem like you do anything “important” all day long...but any stay at home mom knows that couldn’t be any further from the truth 😘 .
