RIP wonderful #stanlee
He was always so kind to me
This rapidly becoming a bit of poetry
What a glory... Alright enough of that! Yes Stan the man would always say hello in the most fun way when we would see each other around the country doing charity autograph signings. Altho I wonder if that was his reason for all the Comicons cause he must’ve been stinking rich right?
Maybe he just loved that human contact. Well whatever the reason it’s all I’ve ever heard about him. I wish I had gone out of my way more often to greet him like he did me. I guess I just assumed he would live forever. And he will of course. Through the spiritual realms and forever through the perhaps mystical is a good word, realms of his genius, the films he got around to making so late in his life... What a glory. And thanks for all the super smart folks in both #Rodchester and #statenisland the last couple days who came to see my #cinematwain
I really appreciate all the effort for traveling in such foul weather and at such lengths. A woman from Tennessee, several couples from Philly for some treason! A man from Norway! He left me with the impression that he flew to New York to meet me and see my film and hear my baloney. He seemed happy...
