#functional shoulder warm up I do on days I do overhead movements! Today I had position 3 work on snatches! @eric.van_matre with the voice overs and coaching tips😂💪🏻
1️⃣. IYTs with a band are a great way to get your traps, rear delts, and lats activated! Focus on controlled movements and using the upper back to move the band. Core tight and squeeze!
2️⃣ Kettle Bell sott press. Can either do both arms at once or alternating depending on your mobility. DO NOT relax in your squat! Core and legs are tight the entire time! Focus on your bicep to your ear for the press!
3️⃣ Handstand Hip Taps! Great core activation for an overhead movement day. Keep your core and glutes tight and toes pointed! Try not to shift your weight much when you tap! Also try and not use boxes that are trying to kill you like mine do😂
