✨🦋 THE GIFT OF SENSITIVITY 🦋✨
For most folks, when we consider what it means to be sensitive, we conjure up sentiments of a person that is emotionally available, compassionate and empathetic towards the needs and wellbeing of their kin. They often commit themselves to service based professions in various industries and are committed to the advancement of causes that preserve, support and heal inhabitants of Mother Earth.
Having such openness to the world as a sensitive, whether you’re an empath, highly sensitive person (HSP) or psychic, can allow for one to navigate the spiritual path with a sense of integrity. For, one’s sensitivity to the world is relative to how much we are able to resonate with the people and environments we surround ourselves with. The more we are able to connect with the world around us from this place of openness, the greater our ability to live with one another in symbiotic harmony with All.
To clarify, if you identify as a sensitive, owning high levels of resonance does not mean that you automatically become a “lightworker” or “good” or a saint. That depends on what you do with your gifts and how you choose to act, for that is the nature of karma. Nevertheless, it does essentially mean that your ability to pick up frequencies, vibrations and energetic cues in the world is similar to that of a tuning fork. This can give you a spiritual advantage to discern and read the information gleaned from such resonance with the outer world in situations of great transition, growth and transformation.
We all have the capacity to increase our sensitivity to the world, by learning to open ourselves up with a sense of reverence, awe and respect. By doing so, we give ourselves the opportunity to embrace, accept and alchemise All that is, as it is, in the now.
"May you intend always the highest and best that you know, and may each limitation, dissapointment and seeming failure become for you the opportunity of self-forgiveness, appreciation of yourself, and the nurturing of your growing spirit." ~ Q'uo - The Law of One
The desire to go home that is a desire to be whole, to know where you are, to be the point of intersection of all the lines drawn through all the stars, to be the constellation-maker and the center of the world, that center called love. To awaken from sleep, to rest from awakening, to tame the animal, to let the soul go wild, to shelter in darkness and blaze with light, to cease to speak and be perfectly understood.
- Rebecca Solnit

We all have this inner feeling of restlessness, of not belonging, of searching for home (or happiness) 🔍
And everybody tries to avoid/answer it in a different way: Career, house, relationship, hobbies, pleasures etc.
Some are better in it than others. They may appear quite happy in the world, while others struggle.
But I’m here to tell you that actually, those who don’t “succeed” so much may have a golden ticket in their hands! 🔐
Not because the world is bad, but because there’s something to find in ourselves that’s worth more than gold.
And becoming aware of this feeling of not belonging or search is the beginning of finding it - our true home inside.
Once you come to this place, you can do whatever in the world.. it will not be a battle anymore.
The things everybody desires - abundance, harmony, success? They come naturally to those who sit inside their own heart 🕊

Men from the time immemorial was curious about the origin of the world(cosmogony),About Ontological secrets ,about secrets of religious scriptures ,about religion, about the existence of God etc,. This curiosity ,led to the emergence of world religions of different natures, whether Monotheistic or polytheistic or paganistic or pluralistic or atheistic or agnostic etc etc . And for defining religion and establishing an authoritative supremacy , certain personality emerge and they became the so called founder of a particular religion. And hence ,they propounded their own notion about the God . Religion is a very parochial thing, but spirituality is a more broader concept .But what happens we always misinterprete , Spirituality/Spiritualism with religion .And each individual constructs ,his/her idea of Spirituality according to his/her own temperament .Truth is always monistic in nature ,but perceived pluralistically. If we analyse ,the goal of all theisms ,then we will find that all leading to the same source .There are many paths to Spirituality. Reality is not a personality rather a principle . We need to perceive that infinitude ,or else we will be puzzled by the conflicts of the religious heads and clash of religions . I am not saying that to Stop dialogue or discourse on this topic but instead of inter- faith dialogue ,we must focus on intra-faith dialogue . Scholasticism is the only way to resolve the problems of religious conflicts ,if persued properly. That's why I depicted in my quote that small small brooks like contrasting ideas finally merge into the water, which is the ultimate truth. And the tool which carries it is Love . This is the most beautiful tool ,which human heart possess.
When your attitude is one of gratefulness and joy over what you are doing, then anything is possible. What are you grateful for?

“Tidak tahukah kamu, bahwa kamu adalah bait Allah dan bahwa Roh Allah diam di dalam kamu? Jika ada orang yang membinasakan bait Allah, maka Allah akan membinasakan dia. Sebab bait Allah adalah kudus dan bait Allah itu ialah kamu.”

“Come, come, whoever you are. Wanderer, worshiper, lover of leaving. It doesn't matter. Ours is not a caravan of despair. Come, even if you have broken your vows a thousand times. Come, yet again, come , come.” - RUMI ⠀
When I kneel before Spirit, ⠀
Asking for guidance, ⠀
Praying for forgiveness for doubting, for straying - ⠀
This what I hear. ⠀
It doesn’t matter if you’ve broken your vows a thousand times - ⠀
I am here. ⠀
I will always be here. ⠀
You are welcome here, always. ⠀
In that space of unconditional love + total acceptance - it’s hard not to begin to feel that for myself as well. Because the love + acceptance is ALWAYS there. ⠀
You are loved. You are accepted. You belong. ⠀
Thank you to @jenniferannsings for introducing me to this quote in the form of one of the most beautiful songs, I’ve ever heard. 🙏🏼✨⠀
What if things turn out even better than you can imagine?
Well they won’t.... Confused? Keep reading & tag a friend when you’re done 🤗♥️
If you can’t/don’t imagine amazing things, they won’t come to fruition; wherever you place a limit on yourself, that is where you will stop. You create a ceiling for yourself that you will never get passed. Let’s use the example of a tree.
The seed represents your thoughts, the soil is the universe and the tree will be your life. When you put a seed in the soil and nourish it, a tree of the same kind will grow (you can’t plant an avocado seed and get pineapples). If you plant seeds (thoughts) of struggle and hardships, you will not experience a life of ease and abundance, that’s just not how the universe works. Just as soil is impersonal (it doesn’t care what you put into it, it just brings things to life), the universe is impersonal; it is a humble servant and just obeys what we say, think, and feel.
Do you remember that saying “Hope for the best, prepare for the worst”? However possible, please scratch this from every wrinkle in your brain. It is counterintuitive and counterproductive. You will GET whatever you PREPARE for. “Yeah, but what if life happens and something ‘bad’ happens and I’m not prepared?” you ask... To this I say: Whatever happens in life is for your growth and evolution; it is something you can handle—deal with it when/if it comes. Don’t waste your energy worrying about something that may not happen.
Prepare for joy, love, laughter, abundance, prosperity, fun, beauty, health, peace, friendships, new experience, knowledge, care, support, and growth (or any other high vibrating experience you desire).
Your imagination is as limitless as you let it be. Daydream about the beautiful life you want to create. As you sow, so you shall reap. Your only limit is yourself.

"Self-sufficiency is the greatest of all wealth."⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We're living in a system that uses a means of exchange called "money". It's a means of exchange in the sense that you exchange money for services, food, clothing, living and so on. However, this means of exchange ties you to a dependency relationship with the society around you- without it, you can't live. Or, can you? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We're thought to believe that money is everything, and although there's no problem with money because every civilization has a means of exchange, this system has made us forget that real power and freedom lies in autonomy and self-sufficiency, not in dependency. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So, what is it that Epicurus meant with this quote? Well, the truth is that being your own man or woman, being self-contained, having fewer needs, and better, resilient skills that allow you to thrive in any and all situations, is real wealth and real freedom. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is what we're trying to create in Damanhur, a self-sufficient system with self-sufficient citizens. Self-sufficient in resources like energy, food, and clothing, but also from a cultural point of view; creating music, dances, art, traditions and myths that can lay the foundation of a new culture, a new model for the future. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What do you think? Let us know in the comments.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A deity came to see the Buddha and asked in verse:
"About the man in decline
we ask Gotama,
having come to question the Blessed One:
What is the way leading to decline?"
The Buddha then proceeds to mention 12 courses of wrong doing that lead the person to decline and ends his discourse by saying:
"contemplating these ones in decline
the wise one,
consummate in noble view,
heads to a world
In several discourses, the Buddha stresses the importance of supporting one's family, considering it as one of the very basic wholesome deeds any person aiming for spiritual perfection should do.
Sometimes we tend to believe that the path taught by the Buddha concerns only to the practice of meditation and thus to the development of concentration and insight into the true nature of reality; although these are essential factors, we cannot forget that it is also a gradual training that starts on basic acts like the cultivation of generosity and, as this quote shows, how we treat and support our relatives.
