First weigh in complete, I am down 3 pounds😁 So motivated..now to make some tweaks here and there where I could have done slightly better but overall I’m delighted, if I can manage this again next week I will be thrilled. I am going to be posting a lot more as I feel it helps keep me accountable. Great first week, here’s to another🤪
Back with POSITIVITY after last nights meltdown. It's no secret my hips are my 'achilles heel' on this journey. However Keir took this photo and I can see a good difference!
