In una piccola padella portare a ebollizione 1tazza di latte di mandorla o latte a propria scelta, aggiungere poi 1/2 tazza di farina d'avena, 1cucchiaio di amaranto soffiato e 2cucchiai di semi di Chia, abbassate la fiamma e lasciate cuocere per 5minuti mescolando di tanto in tanto. Aggiungete poi 1/2 cucchiaino di cannella e 2 cucchiai di cacao amaro e cuocere altri 5minuti. Una volta pronto, unirvi 2cucchiaini di miele d'acacia, 1 cucchiaio di burro di mandorle, amalgamare bene, trasferire in una ciotola e decorare con 1/2 banana e nocciole tostate o frutta secca a piacere.

Questa crema Pan di Stelle sta facendo impazzire tutti e proprio per questo ho voluto troppo provarla. Cosa ne penso? È una bella bombetta golosa ed è come se nella Nutella avessero buttato qualche biscotto Pan di Stelle sbriciolato 😁quindi è buona siii 😍

Guys just wanted to post about dairy free, gluten free ice creams, for those of you who decided to follow a healthy lifestyle like myself and struggle to find anything that tastes as good as “the usual ones” out there. These have been tried and tested, approved by “an expert and critic” like me. 🤓🤪👍I’ve mentioned this to you before, that I am not allergic to any products, I just did a lot of research on what we should and shouldn’t eat to remain healthy etc; I also consulted with my naturopath, nutritionist as well. I am completely gluten free, on a very low carbohydrates diet, I eat no red or white meat, only fish and seafood. This was very difficult for me, I must admit, as I love Armenian, Russian, Italian cuisines very much but I had to say goodbyes to many of those favourite dishes of mine, containing those ingredients. I mainly eat Asian food, my most favourite is Thai cuisine. I know these desserts do contain very high sugar contents but I am not eating a lot of it, a few rounded spoons with fresh strawberries/berries will be just what I need. Instead of regular sugar I use stevia and honey in my coffee, as a milk substitute I use soy or an almond milk. Not many brands make very good soy milk or almond milk for that matter, I have tried them all in Australian supermarkets and I have my favourites. I am a very pedantic customer when I order my coffee everywhere, I ask first; “what type of coffee they use?”, then “the type of soy milk they serve?”, if I don’t like the answers, I simply apologise for inconveniences I might’ve caused and leave the premises. I won’t spend my money where I am not satisfied, that’s just my philosophy. If you have your favourites please let me know in the comments section. I just thought I’d post about something different, it is a very hot day in Melbourne and can’t think of anything but ice cream, sorry for those of you living in the colder countries.

- Gozleme with cheese - Menemen (eggs with tomato)
- Baklava •To be honest everything we ordered was delicious there wasn’t anything we regret ordering.
•Bal and kaymak is the best! Their honey is very fresh.
