Cauliflower fried rice🥡
Have you tried to make cauliflower rice from scratch?? SO MESSY! I found out this morning she has two more teeth cutting through her gums so that explains why she was fussy all night and also why she was up by 4:30am. Now she’s napping in her crib and i can’t help to think If only she slept this good through the night.
Transformation Tuesday! I still cant believe how I look and feel now compared to a few years ago!
I think back on my life and have had more of my share of struggles! 💜 I battled drug addiction (which I won)
💜 I was in physically abusive relationships 💜 Been married and divorced
💜Had difficult pregnancies
💜 I was a single mom raising two young boys
💜 I dealt with depression and anxiety
💜 I dealt with low self esteem and no self confidence
💜 I always had to work outside the home which I always felt guilty doing because I couldnt be home with my kids.
But you know what?..No matter what was thrown at me, I would never let it keep me down. I always stayed positive!
And making positive life changes has helped in so many ways!
These changes has given me that self confidence and esteem that I was lacking for so many years! I dont get depressed as much and my anxiety is under control! I have learned to be strong and independent! I was also able to lose 25lbs! I have learned to love myself and feel comfortable in my own skin again!
I owe it all to this journey, the programs I am doing and the support and accountability groups that I have been a part of ever since I started! I finally found what works and that fits into my busy schedule, and it has been my therapy!
I have been on this journey for over 3 years now and it was the best decision I ever made!
Because of all of this, I became a health and fitness mentor. I want to help others just like how others have helped me!
I want to show others that I know what it is like and that I get It!

I have had my own spouse think this was a “fad” when I started 5 years ago. ⠀

They have nothing to say when you show them that what you have to offer works. Naysayers are forced to believe in you when you continue to hit your goals year after year. ⠀
Very rarely will people take their judging pants 👖 off — at the very least give them something worth talking about!⠀
I get told this all the time.... “I can never do what you do”
My answer is “Why Not? Why Not You?” Is it due to lack of motivation?
Is it due to you thinking you are too old or too out of shape to do the workout programs?
Is it because you think eating healthy is too restrictive and you dont want to give up your favorite foods?
If I helped you with the motivation, matched you with a workout program that you could do and gave you a nutrition plan that doesnt restrict what you ate, or limited how much you eat, would you do it?
I have been on this amazing journey for 3 1/2 years now and still going strong! And I know first hand that it works! And I eat delicious foods and the workout programs get results!
