I woke up at 10am again.
About an hour later I had a glass of water and a coffee.
After I cleaning my room, I had 3 pancakes with blueberries and Blueberry yogurt. That was around 2.30pm.
4pm I had a banana toast (whole grain bread) with some more blueberries.
5.30pm I snacked on some salted popcorn.
7pm I had dinner.
Later this evening I also had some yogurt and chips hehe
We’re ALL about those sneaky nutrients 🕵🏼♀️ and @sneaky_wholefoods really do live up to their name 🍊
Can you guess the sneakiest superfood we found in these orange cashew cacao super bites? Psyllium husk! A natural form of fiber and a prebiotic - a bonus for your gut health. Added bonus for your taste buds - they taste like Jaffa balls 🥰

Road trippin' to Seattle this weekend🚘
Snacks and lunch food for the road and while we're there are locked and loaded. The balance of healthy & treats makes my heart happy.
And my kids will be eating this right alongside me. No extra food; they eat what Josh and I eat. I'm not a short order cook, folks!
And because I included the kids in the "menu" discussion I'm confident they will eat it (or go hungry 😬)
To save money, inches on our waistline, time in the bathroom💩 and years on our life we try to pack as much food as possible. We will eat out for dinner (Cheesecake Factory anyone🙋♀️) and we try to only stay where hotel breakfast is included--which is Hunter's absolute favorite thing. This works best for our fambam. How do you eat when you travel?
P.S. Always thankful I get to be on the sidelines watching hunter play soccer.
Is it Friday yet?

Not usually a fan of protein bars 🤧 BUT someone recommended these to me & they’re pretty good!! They are a bit sticky but I don’t mind.. I love how chewy they are 😊 7.5/10
I’m Not an affiliate. Just sharing the good news!
If you do not have good insulated cups, it is worth investing. This is not a yeti. But the next best thing! RTIC
Don’t go skipping meals when you are on the go, pour your smoothie in an insulated 30 oz cup and it will be good hours later!

🎉HAPPY BIRTHDAY@krispykreme No better way to celebrate by eating one of these beauties 🤤. For those who said they weren’t good or that there wasn’t any filling.. I beg to differ. These babies get a 10/10
Here are the new Pillsbury Sweet Biscuits! There are two flavors, chocolate chip and blueberry, both of which come with a small tub of icing. Both varieties taste good, but neither wowed me. I would rather eat normal biscuits with jam. 7/10 on both. I've found the Sweet Biscuits at Hy-Vee and Woodman's so far.
Limited Edition Mac ‘N Cheese Pringles & Bacon Pringles. These have been spotted at Dollar General but are only going to be available until sometime in August. The Mac ‘N Cheese is 👌🏻. Thanks @pringlesus for sending these!
Let’s keep it going here with the Chex love and give some low-key big praise to a new cereal you probably didn’t even realize came out: Peanut Butter Chex. This has become another favorite in the Junk Banter home. While it doesn’t have the same sweetness that most peanut butter cereals do, it has an impressively authentic peanut butter flavor. If you like Chex and you like peanut butter, then you will like this at a minimum and more likely, love it. It kinda reminds me of those round peanut butter sandwich crackers you give to kids. Don’t sleep on these!
HOT STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING for your next party, pals?? 🍫 Grain-free, vegan, gluten-free, paleo, and keto. Fantastic recipe by my friend in the UK 🇬🇧 ❤️ 📸 @prispuddings
200g dates (medjoul or any others!)
120ml black coffee (1 tsp) or hot water
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
80g cashew butter
1tbsp lemon juice
30g coconut flour
30g corn starch* (tapioca or arrowroot flour ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
HOT STICKY TOFFEE SAUCE
2 tins (400g) full fat coconut milk (white part only)
4 tbsp date/maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees
2. Soak the dates in boiling water or coffee for 30 minutes with 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda. I used 120ml hot water and 1 tsp of instant coffee
3. Blend the soaked dates and coffee in a food processor and stir in the cashew butter and lemon juice
4. Fold in the coconut flour and corn starch
5. Fill 6 muffin cases / moulds and bake for 30 minutes at 175 degrees. Test with a toothpick. Leave to cool in the tray for 10-15 minutes before flipping
6. For the sauce, mix together the coconut milk and date syrup. Heat for 5 minutes, until boiling, and the sauce starts to darken and thicken.
7. Poke holes in pudding once baked. Pour hot sauce in holes. Turn over pudding and drizzle in extra hot sticky toffee sauce. That’s it!! Falafel recipe coming up next, later today. I hope you have a fantastic Thursday 🤗😘
