Everyone, meet Bear! He was found abandoned by police and taken to a local rescue where he was adopted by a 71 year old women who just lost her husband of 40 years. He’s 3 years old and 50+ pounds. He had no name when she got him, so I have been calling him Bear. She couldn’t handle him because he would knock her down and she was not ready for a dog yet with her grieving. He has some anxiety and is more vocal than my little girl. He also needs some foundational training and he should be a really good boy. ...🐾
I just have to take a minute to appreciate this girl and this beautiful snow we got yesterday! Maya absolutely loved getting to run around to her hearts content in it for the first time ever!!! This is her first winter with snow since we have just moved from Florida to Colorado, and while she’s been on plenty of walks in the snow, this morning was the first time we’ve been able to take her to a dog park and let her run in it. It was beautiful to watch and made my heart so happy ❤️ I hope everyone else who’s receiving snow where they live are enjoying it as much as we are! ❄️🙌🏻🐾
