I think I've visited the most popular places in Japan, such as Nikko, Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka. 🌉
These places were great, and I would have regretted not seeing them, but next time I'll visit less touristy places, with the exception of Tokyo, which I really loved. 😍
This bridge in Nikko in the picture looks beautiful, but it wasn't too special in real life. 😅
Some of the more unknown paths and temples in Nikko really made my trip to that town, though. ⛩️ If you visit Nikko, take a walk to the Kanmangafuchi Abyss; this place is beautiful and there won't be many people there or along the way. 🏡
The Shinkyo bridge. The red bridge is the entrance to Nikko’s shrines and temples.
You can walk over the bridge 🌉. The bridge belongs to the Futarasan Shrine. The shrine was founded by a Buddhist monk named Shodo Shonin. It was he who introduced Buddhism to Nikko.
