The backdrop for this epic experience that is Spartan’s Killington Beast leaves me motivated for wanting and doing more in and out of life.
I want to keep testing my fitness level, I want to stay healthy, and constantly learn more about myself.
I want to do this for myself,
be a role model for my personal training clients, but most importantly, make my son proud and make sure my wife knows it all stems back to her.
Family is the root of all “my why”
To be strong for her when we are old and gray. To prove anything is possible. To show remaining positive can help you avoid cramps and force a sunny day when the forecast calls for gloom.
I can overcome anything, even 14 miles and 5000 feet of elevation with a little bit of hard work, determination, and a strong support system behind me.
Thank you for everyone who was in my head during this Spartan Race season, telling me “you can do this”
One more race this year: Citizens Bank Park ⚾️
