Spring is a time of growth and renewal. Start planting those seeds if you haven't already, then you can be sure that you may well start seeing some progress to the work you have been doing.

Planks are a great total body workout with a strong emphasis on core! But plain old planks are kinda boring😒 try each move 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off 3x for a quick, but GREAT 6 minute ab workout!
