DON’T BE SCARED!! Just had a beautiful mumma and her little one over for a chat about these incredible oils.
I gave her a few little samples to try a couple of weeks back and she’s loving the effectiveness of them already but her biggest concern about purchasing the oils was how to use them!
I think that this can be many people’s concern either prior to purchasing the oils or once they’ve got them in their hot little hands - WHAT do you actually do with them and how do you best use them for yourself and your family?! 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ That is why the way DōTERRA sells their products is so crucial - instead of just picking something up off the shelf and going home to fumble through it and try to figure it out on your own, when you purchase something from DōTERRA you purchase from actual people - people like myself who want to educate and support you on the oils!
Between face to face catch ups, Facebook groups, information classes, make and take classes and general ongoing support, I am incredibly passionate about making sure people gain confidence in how to use the oils and experiment with them.
I’ve not yet come across anyone who has regretted purchasing a DōTERRA Kit, so if the only thing holding you back is just how to use them, don’t let it scare you off, as your hand will be held and you will no doubt soon enough find yourself teaching others how to use them 😊
Check out these vintage sewing patterns! Ok, here is the thing. Working as a self employed seamstress in an expensive city means I tend to feast or famine. When work comes in, I gobble it up. Late nights, weekends, whatever. I'm working as hard as I can to get my design skills to "the next level." So when 2 large orders came in on top of the clothing that I'm designing to sell at Lucidity Festival, I got a tad overwhelmed. Fortunately, we've got a little seamstress community here in Santa Barbara! My friend dropped off a huge tub of old clothing patterns for me to choose from! 👚👙👘👗Part of being a designer means sorting through all of these patterns and looking beyond the hairstyles and fabric colors and identifying the lines of the patterns that will work best for my current projects. Yep, it's going to be some late nights. This is why I chose to follow my passion. #santabarbara#seamstress#sbseamstress#sbcast #805 #sewing#design#customclothes#costume#costumedesign#vintagesewing#vintagesewingpatterns#selfemployed

I Crave connection… While I’m an introvert naturally and really love my alone time and being able to work from home, I need a group of people around me who I can bounce ideas off of, connect with on a more personal level, and who have the same vision.
Truly, that’s what I love about what I do right now… it’s about working together as a team to help as many people as we can in their Heart, Mind, and Health. .♥︎
This isn’t just a “job”… it’s not a “hobby”, it’s a calling for me. I know what this journey has done to change my life… it’s been the hardest, and most fulfilling 4 years of my life, and when I think about it I just want to cry… I’m so thankful that God called me to do this. .♥︎
My calling is to help other women find themselves again… to break through the mental barriers, learn how to take care of themselves, become a better mom, a better wife, a better friend. I can’t do it alone though… it takes a tribe… a tribe of amazing people to fulfill such a calling. .♥︎
In just a few days my team is going to share what coaching looks like. We are going to share what being a part of a tribe looks like, how you can help others, while working on yourself. If you have the nudge to help others and feel like this might be a good fit for you, I’d love to share more with you! .

I'm dancing live for the first time since I was 16yearsold this coming Monday as part of the Fearless Females Edition of @kareemmlucas show "Q and A"! Sixteen artists, all women, will come together to present short individual pieces they've created, inspired by one quote from @nayyirah.waheed
We are celebrating Womans History Month And LADIES your support would mean the world to me! Because like Laura Graham said, "Let’s keep lifting each other up." Wanna join in the lift? Link to tickets in Bio.
I spent today in my PJs, but went out of my comfort zone the past week. I worked on a project , that I almost rejected, because I thought I couldn’t make it.
I read a whole book within 3 days about all the conflicts in the world, soaked up every news I could, tried to learn as many Adobe Premiere shortcuts as possible. I couldn’t sleep well the night before.
And you know what ? It was worth it. Thanks to a great induction training (thanks, P!) I survived this week. I haven’t felt so exhausted, but inspired at the same time in a while. So, long story short: don’t let stupid thoughts stop you. ♥️ #lissabon#lisbon#lisboa#lisboalive#lisboalovers#igerslisboa#igersportugal#toplisbonphoto#topportugalphoto#super_portugal#super_lisboa
