These last few weeks have been crazy busy and stressful, and have been accompanied by lots and lots of prayer. But y’all, God is so good & our prayers are being answered! We are 75% packed and ready to rumble, we have a buyer and are under contract 👏🏽 and have officially found a house in Fayetteville and I cannot wait to decorate that place! 😍 I feel extremely grateful for this life I live, the opportunities that have come into our lives, for these three right here.

What a Thursday! 😍 My buyers closed on this home today and it was the sweetest exchange! We found it immediately when it went on the market, and because it was in such excellent condition (built by the current owners themselves) we put it under contract after 4 days on the market. Both parties exchanged happy tears as owners were leaving a home they built and loved and my buyers are getting their first home to start making memories in! It does not get better than that in this business! Love a happy ending! 💙

I like both, but it depends where I am. I definitely prefer taking photos of nature, but I enjoy a good city photo too. I loved taking night market pictures in Taiwan.

HOW TO REDUCE BODY FAT AND GET LEAN
When it comes to fitness goals, losing body fat is always right at the top for most people. Losing fat is a great way to look better, feel better, and improve your health. But it all starts with having the right plan. Here’s are 5 strategies you can use to get lean.
1️⃣ Eat in a caloric deficit while keeping protein high- This essentially checks off both boxes. You can’t lose fat without eating less calories than you burn in a day. And won’t build muscle and get lean without keeping protein high. Multiply your bodyweight by 11-12 for your calorie level and aim for 0.8-1 gram of protein per lb. of body weight each day.
2️⃣ Strength train a minimum of 2-3 days per week- Focus on big compound movements that burn a lot of calories. Exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges, push ups, and rows, should be staples in your routine.
3️⃣ Get your mind right- You have to realize this is a process and it takes time. You have to be patient and consistent. If you think you’ll see results overnight, you’ll end up frustrated.
4️⃣ Lower stress levels- Chronically high stress can make it almost impossible to burn fat. Find ways throughout the week to reduce stress. Take up a hobby or make time to go do something relaxing. This one thing can make all the difference in the results you see.
5️⃣ Have a support system- Have people in your life that know what your goals are and can help hold you accountable. Without support, you’re more likely to fall off track.
