Wake up early and eat a frog, or go take a bath with a croc.
Of cos that's metaphorical. What it really means is, Wake up early and do something you don't like or want or jump into what scares you.
You will find that through out the day you will have no problem doing things you don't like or confronting your fears.

How do you deal with your emotions? Your feelings?
I had the pleasure of having @omozua on this most recent episode of the Exsellence Mindset podcast.
We talked about the human connection in coaching (and life) and how to master our emotions. Beyond that, we dig into some deep topics and even hit a moment that brought me to tears.
More from this episode:
I does not matter how busy you are, walking into a conversation with a prospect well prepared is important.
As a coach or a mentor, how can you get ready for a call with a prospect?
Very simple: -Print your survey or pre-qualifying questions and have them in front of you -Have a notepad to take notes instead of using your computer -Lose all the emotional baggage from previous calls, be tranquil and focused -Tone is the most important thing. Don’t care if they buy or not. They have the problem, not you. -Make sure you are in a quiet room with no interruptions.

++++Value V Scarcity Mindset++++ Most of the people that you speak to will have some variation of a scarcity mind-set.
They could be entrenched in fear of the unknown, fear of their own abilities , fear of working with you and even fear of success.
Getting them to understand the concept of value can often be a key turning point that breaks down any of these blocks.
It’s not just the value and outcome of what you do however, it’s getting them to realise the value of what THEY do and THEIR message.
Paint a picture of how you can help them achieve this and their overall goal/outcome.
In the same way as you are demonstrating the value of what you offer, here you are reminding your clients to value themselves and increase the value that they put out into the world.
Encourage your prospective clients to see and believe their value.
Remind them that if they don’t see this for themselves then who will?
Draw out their gifts, talents and abilities and remind them that they have abilities that no one else, in the entire world has.
If there are gifts, talents, abilities, and other unique things about them that they can’t identify for themselves; get them to actively acknowledge them during your call or meeting and come up with a plan for them to start implementing.
Encouraging them to start taking action will allow them to believe in something tangible.
Their dream then becomes reality.
When they see how they can achieve what they want, you will get the sale.
Mastering sales is all about understanding your customers better than they understand themselves.
Next time you're talking with a prospective client, ask them about a time they were very happy with a purchase similar to yours... Then listen for what they liked about that purchase, and give them that same experience!
