THE ECOBOOST THAT COULD. I couldn’t catch the GT3 RS on the main straight and we had a ton of issues with a whole lot of things. BUT IM DRIVING THE DOG SHIT OUT OF THIS ECONOMY CAR turning heads all weekend.
The @ceramicprousa PPF & Vinyl coating is seriously keeping our driver side unbelievably clean!
Massive shoutout to @jimglotrailers for the transportation!
@purpledrank_tuning is the fucking man for providing track support making on the fly adjustments and putting up with my nagging.
@alex_tillman went above and beyond as my now self-appointed crew chief, technician, and spotter.
@steven_schulak and @avenger5.0 explored the track to film and photograph some epic footage that I’ve been dreaming of having since I was 5.
So that’s it. My dreams came true, we kicked ass and I had a fucking blast. Let’s keep this momentum going!
I’ll admit I had to look up the definition of ‘dystopia’ this past weekend. (an imagined state or society in which there is great suffering or injustice, typically one that is totalitarian or post-apocalyptic.) I had found many of the shows I’m most interested in are based in some form of dystopia. At first I thought, ‘Should I be concerned that I’m so interested in these dark, twisted realities...?’ But the more I dug into this thought, the less that made sense. The truth is, I find these settings most interesting because I feel a strong connection to characters that have to suffer through hell — yet refuse to give up. So many of the stories in these shows display how beautiful the human will to live and pursue happiness, no matter the cost, truly is. There is absolutely nothing I’ve encountered that is more powerful than this one quality of the human soul. It is something that will continue to re-ignite my passion for life when I routinely find myself getting caught in the routines and habits of my days. I have personally survived hell, and I will not go back. I truly respect any of you that have done the same.
