Since you guys are seriously blowing me away with all the before and after love..I thought we’d keep going! The kitchen is by far the biggest change, and was also one of my biggest splurges! (At around $100😂😂.) These peel and stick subway tiles are pretty amazing and worth every penny! Add some fresh white paint, spray all the things gold, and add in marble contact paper, and the refresh is done🙌🏼🙌🏼. Oh, and let’s talk about how good that little (super affordable) runner is to bring in a modern flair. You can find all the links in my current stories or check out my blog for in depth details and links. Ps. My most asked question is where I get my rattan shades from. I have found all of them on clearance at big box stores and haven’t been able to find them available online:( but once I do, I will let you know! .

Good morning Boston! The calm before the storm ⛈ but we’re still Happy Campers!
It's a winter wonderland ☃ here in Michigan and it's still coming. We got maybe 3" last night but are expecting another 2-3" throughout the day 😱. The kids are so happy 🤗, whereas mom is 😪. Just kidding, I love the snow but 6", yikes!!!
Here's our Review on the Washer/Dryer Combo we just purchased... The Equator #4400 W/D combo
Purchased threw Amazon at $1199.
The 2.2 cubic ft drum holds about 13lbs of clothes.. That's about 4-5 towels or jeans.. Or the clothes that 2 people are wearing washed together makes a perfect load...
The unit Dimensions are
H 33.5" (top ta bottom or is that bottom to top) plus 12" pedestal
W 23.6" (how wide it is)
D 22" (Front to back)
Weight is 161lbs says the manual
110v power 13amps 240w at wash cycles
450w spin/dry cycle
Spin speed up to 1200rpm
Has 14 program cycles 😮😎
We opted for combo to save space
(Shelf space above) and this unit comes with a drawer pedestal 👍 just make sure your drain standpipe is at proper height so you don't get siphoning going on 👊
24" - 40" from bottom of washer ✅
We desided for now to go with an indoor dryer venting box/lint trap 😶
Didn't want to drill hole threw wall yet
(rain☔☔☔ & cold outside)
We seen less expensive ones but we figured you get what you pay for 👉👊
WORKS GREAT 👍👍👍👍👍
We give it 5 out of 5....
Regular load takes about an hour to wash and about 1.75 hours to dry...
And Boy did they get Dry.....
HOT HOT it gets those clothes HOT.
Not very loud... Spin cycle vibration threw the trailer... Which could be kinda fun lol 😅
We would recommend this unit highly for RVers or even small House's

I was hesitant about Alabama. There’s certain states that have never appealed to me and all of the gulf states are on that list. However, this is the best spot we’ve been to so far. Although we haven’t been forecast any good weather so we will see if we get to enjoy it. Like today is thunderstorms with temps in the 60s and this week will be mostly 30s and 40s with some snow showers. For real.... snow.... in Alabama! Who would have thought?

It’s easy to desire a role in life that the world would applaud. However, it’s important to trust that if God created everything and planned good works for us before we were even born, the He will be pleased when we do THOSE good works. He’s looking for us to fulfill the roles we’ve been created for.
I believe our roles change throughout our lives like the seasons in a year. We need to be sensitive to understand what that role is at different seasons in our lives so we don’t miss what He has for us now because we are too busy looking behind at where we once were or straining ahead to where we wish we could be.
My role has changed over time from that of a student to a new wife, classroom teacher and then a new mom, business owner, blogger, homeschool mom, and now traveler and health coach. Each of those seasons have taught me new things not only about myself, but about the God who is able to craft of desires to match His unique role for us to fill.
What about you? What are some of the roles you have filled and what season of life do you find yourself currently? Is this a season in which you are satisfied or struggling?

So there's this chick. She's probably one of the main reasons we thought bus living and traveling would suit us. She did. not. stop. until she started reading and when she started reading we couldn't get her to start! Ha. Go figure.
We hope that a time of connecting, where family is truly first, will help cement our bond with our children into their teenage years and beyond.
Also I can be a bit of an airhead sometimes and go off into my own world just as much as this little 🐞 so I need the grounding as much as anyone. I always find the constant routine of camp life really meditative and I become present in a way I don't usually. Bus life might be similar? We'll see!
I wonder how many bus families head off BECAUSE of their kids not IN SPITE of their kids as some might think?
We went exploring today up in Big Basin State Park with full time RV friends @sunsetsandshenanigans and @livinglostdreams .
We made it all three miles with a total of seven kids, three moms and two dads.
I am happy to report that my head count of four children is still the same. Pack out what you pack in guys 😂😂😂. #leavenotrace
Thanks for the meet up girls! It was so nice to meet in person!

As I was out walking my dogs last night, this happened. Everything glowed orange and I couldn’t put down my camera. I managed to get two good shots. I will never get sick of southwest skies.
Oh sure! I put my book down, get up to get coffee and she steals my foot stool!

Crossed into Texas this week and the first stop is Houston. Great visit to the Houston Space Center Museum and the Johnson Space Center tram Tour. Houston is a very big city and the traffic is terrible...one day is enough for us as we decide to continue west.... #homeiswhereyouparkit#rvlife#rvliving#rvlifestyle#nomadlifestyle

Until we meet again 🐐 friend. Pretty sure this 👧🏼 is going to be a veterinarian or a vegetarian or probably both.
She loves every animal she comes across and drives our cats a little crazy with constant hugs. ❤️ our little animals lover!! 🐱🐮🐷🐶🦊🐸
Happiest of birthdays to this amazing guy @alexjamesimage 🎉🎉 Adventuring around in our #homeonwheels is something I know we will talk about when we are old and gray. We’ve been through the lowest of lows together but we’ve always come out stronger on the other side.
And now building our dream life together is more incredible than I could’ve imagined. I have a feeling this year is going to be our best yet - I mean how cool is it to create a life 🤰💙 with your best friend?! Find that person who makes your heart melt, who supports you in anything you do, and who will take risks with you. It’s SO worth it 💕
the sound of waves and your own damn bed. all you could ever want, really. #rvlife

✨ Home sweet home ✨ Yesterday I put away all of our Christmas decorations and now the RV feels much more simplified and open. When living in a small space, it can start to feel cluttered quick! Even tho I did love our mini Christmas tree.
My goal over the next few weeks is to tackle some organizing projects in here and get SUPER organized. A couple of the areas I've got my eye on are:
👉🏻 the cabinets we use as a pantry,
👉🏻 our overflowing closet,
👉🏻 the underbed storage area which is currently my `Monica Geller closet'. 🙈😳 Anybody else have one of those spots in your home??
I'm thinking today I should do some "research" and binge watch Tidying Up on Netflix first... 😉 Who's seen it already? Is it as good as everyone says it is?? Help me with my research! 😆
