Séance assez compliquée pour moi car ce n’était pas la grande forme.
Contente de moi malgré tout car j’ai réussi à récupérer en trottinant 😊
This was actually Saturday’s workout! 5.2 miles. Do what you can when you can and you’ve done half the work 🏃🏻♀️ One definition I’ve heard of success is that if you do what you say you’re going to do 70% of the time you’re going to be good. If you do what you say you’re going to do 80% of the time you’re going to be real good. And if you do what you say you’re going to do 90% of the time you’re going to be great. Just my #MondayMotivation (even though I’ve always loved Monday’s 😬)

New HR monitor, running gear & clothes, running shoes, training program or get yourself a coach!! Either put it on your holiday wishlist or take advantage of some up & coming deals to be running prepared!!
✅Have A Plan! “Failure to Plan is preparing to fail” what is currently on your weekly training schedule?! Are you tracking your workouts? Do you have some races in mind or that you are already registered for?? What is your training plan & what does it look like for the next 1-6 months?!
✅Sign Up for Your Next Races!! Races are a perfect way to start planning ahead & being able to at least have a plan in place! Even if your next race isn’t until May or June!! Perfect time to start thinking & planning your 2019 racing schedule!!
✅Get Others Involved! Start planning training runs, races, tell your friends & family about, post it on social media & see who else has similar plans!! Really however you want to involve others, everything is better with a team of people & support to get you motivated & started!!
