3 mile easy run tonight before dinner. Ready to resume early morning runs. They really help me to fall asleep more easily at night and I always feel more productive for the remainder of the day. I decided to switch training plans - I couldn’t seem to wrap my head around time runs instead of mile runs. They were too easy to say they didn’t matter and skip them if I was tired. My week started with #meditation#qigong#cycling and #streakrunning with #lipedema day 38 👍 now it’s time for dinner and I need more hours to get all my stuff ready. I need to pack my suitcases, because tomorrow we want to bring the first things to our new home. And after work I will ride for the first time back from the office to our new home.
