Although I weight train most days a week, I love upping my heart rate and getting a sweat on with HIIT/cardio/interval workouts! I used to think cardio was so boring but it doesn't have to be! Here are 5 ideas to try on your next cardio day... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Sprint intervals - my all time fave! The idea here is not long duration but maximum effort. I sprint for 30 seconds and then stop for 30 seconds, increasing the speed each interval. I usually do this for around 20/30 mins and it's great when you don't have much time in the gym! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ HIIT intervals on the bike - similar to sprinting instead this time it's 30 seconds high intensity, 1 minute low intensity. I find this harder than sprinting! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣Kettle bell swings - I aim to do 20 swings (or until failure) and then repeat x3. Allowing around 30 seconds rest before beginning the set!
4️⃣ Overhead slam - again I am to do 20/until failure, repeating 3 times. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5️⃣ Plate jumping lunges - these are deadly 💀 I alternate the leading leg each jump and as before aim for 20/failure for 3 sets. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

런닝머신이라고 운동하는 거라 했더니 - 해보라며 -
그래서 열심히 뛰었더니 - 나보고 티비에 나오는 사람같다며 -
어느 티비냐고 했더니 - 갑자기 홈쇼핑을 틀더니 -
여기서 봤다며 - 고모 여기에 나오는 거냐며🤣🤣🤣
무튼 - 이제 운동하는 길은 내방에서 1분도 안 걸리니까 -
핑계대지 않고 열심히 운동하는 걸로 - 화이팅🏃♀️💪🏻
