Gick väl helt ok, även om min gamla knäskada börjar anas en aning i bakgrunden. Min nuvarande killgissning är att det beror på avtagande styrketräning.

What a day. Here we all are at the finish line after a gruelling 13km Spartan run. My son has run 4 races before with me, 5km each. But this was his first over 13km. He didn't think he could do it, cut himself badly, puked twice, but finished in good time. The power of encouragement. We're all capable of much more than we think. 👍 #drcorrieblock#businessispersonal#meaningfulmanagement
Well... That was hard 😬 Tough day at the office today from about 3km in I didn’t feel too great, but I fought the doubts in my mind and pushed through all 21.1km. These pics say it all (zoom in for the facials) 🏃🏼♀️ I didn’t get the time I was chasing but happy to get the win at Kerikeri half today. Utmost respect to everyone out there today. Congrats to you all!! You all did amazing 🙌🏼✨ and a big thank you to all the volunteers out there that cheered me along the way. This event wouldn’t happen without you ❤️

I was supposed to do 6 of them and get progressively faster with each one- but my legs got SO tired after the 4th. Gotta love lactic acid! It’s ok though, I ran lots of hills with wind and worked hard today! 👊🏼 ————————————————————————
