Transforming your body and mind is one of the toughest challenges in life, and believe me I know. Did my fastest 10K today. That’s 12 minute faster than my first 10K - 21/2 months back on 31st August. I am definitely going to take it to 45-46 min level. Believe in yourself, believe that anything is possible, and you WILL achieve it. And make sure you have a mentor along with you to guide and motivate you. I am lucky to be mentored by @fityogini_runner for my running. All the improvements that you see is thanks to her mentoring. And she does online training so in case you are looking to have a great coach, get in touch with her. #marathontraining#runner#running#marathonrunner#marathon#fitlife#fitnesslife#instarunner#runnersofinstagram#fit#humfittohindiafit
#thanksgivingeve • 🦃 A little 4 miler run near by work before I went off to go climbing which turned out the gym was closed so I had beer and nachos instead 🤷🏻♂️ Haven’t ran since Fit challenge because my Achilles hasn’t been too happy post that race, attempted an easy run Monday morning but stopped the moment I saw it wasn’t good. It’s really all about making smart decision when it comes to running. Sacrificed my mileages and rested till tonight where it felt a lot better! Tomorrow Fit Thanksgiving multi lap in one of the coldest day so far ( shrinkage full mode 🤣 ), but I’m excited to after it eat all the food I’ll have earned in 2 thanksgiving I’ll be going to! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀

My new accessory... after my half marathon on Saturday my right foot started to hurt when I walked on it. I stupidly ran in brand new shoes that probably were not the correct fit. It hasn’t gotten better so today I went to see an ortho and get some X-rays. Thank goodness it’s not the stress fracture that I was dreading but instead it is peroneal tendonitis. I was prescribed ice, rest, low impact exercise, and a brace for a few weeks. It totally sucks but could have been worse so I am very thankful for that!
Being sick sucks... I hate it so much but at least it happened early in the week so 1 day was my rest day. You can't try to force these things though, took another night off yesterday and slept about 12 hours, feel so much better today. I wouldn't have been functional today if I wouldn't have taken care of business. 11 miles tonight and not feeling too bad at all, probably won't race the 10k tomorrow but just getting the legs moving will feel real nice.
Every run has a purpose, every day has an objective.
Got in a nice little pre-Thanksgiving run in, now just a nice easy workout in the morning and then its all about family time for me 😍 Holidays are hard, this will be my first Thanksgiving on Keto and I just wanted to give y’all a little encouragement. Please please please do not beat yourself up over all the yummy food you will face tomorrow! Here’s my opinion, it’s ok to have a cheat day every now and then and I’ve learned everything is ok in moderation and one meal will not make you fat! Do your best to not put yourselves in a food coma and if you are really committed do your best to stay Keto but if you indulge a little don’t beat yourself up about it, enjoy your mashed potatoes and green bean casserole and then get back on your grind Friday! Guilt over eating will not fix you, you can’t go back once you’ve done it but you CAN start again and keep trying the next day! Personally I am going to be trying my best to resist the carbs, but if I do have more than I should it will be ok and I will work it off in the gym! Enjoy your families, and your day off work! Let me know what your Thanksgiving plans are, I’d love to hear about it! Love to you all ❤️❤️ #keto#ketodiet#ketotransformation#ketoweightloss#instafit#runnersofinstagram#run#pcos#pcosweightloss#pcosdiet#weightlosstransformation#weightlossjourney#weightlossmotivation#motivation#thanksgiving
👆🏼That Farmer’s Carry is harder than it looks! But it has been one of my favorite lifts during this phase of my training plan! Happy Thanksgiving Eve! May your dreams be filled with turkey and mashed potatoes! 😋 🦃🍴
