How to control your breathing while running?
1. Inhale for three steps,
2. Exhale for two,
3. Inhale for three steps,
4. Exhale for two.
Try to figure out your rhythmic breathing on a run—inhaling for three footstrikes and exhaling for two.
Key points: Inhale and exhale smoothly and continuously through both your nose and mouth at the same time.
Rhythmic breathing draws your focus toward calm. It allows you to remain as relaxed as possible, quieting any stress in the body that could inhibit performance.

Supper happy and my first time running 15km,
I was comfortable breathing but my legs not strong enough for long distances even if i carry heavy weights at the gym in deadlifts and back squats that seems a different workout not for running, im not sure 😞. I don't usually run but i started last 2 month + with 3km and start increasing the distance but maintained my pace of 5min for 1km according to Nike run club usind my mobile for tracking maybe thats why i run triangles on the map 😂😂😂😂 or the app have this tracking problem.

Managed to finish my first run race in one piece. 2XU half marathon in Kuala Lumpur. starting @ 4:56am, humidity close to 90% and 26 C approximately. felt good, even though a pretty hilly route with close to 400mts ascent in total. after the 17kms mark, my legs were burning. finished in 1:43min non official timing. All smiles after coming back safely. But honestly, I was a mess after that because I couldn’t find the other half amongst the sea of people 😳 I was tired and cold and just needed to see him 😫 Had to climb a chair to look for him 😅
