Transformation Tuesday! Transformations don’t always involve losing weight. Photo on the left was me in January 2016 after crossing the Finish Line of the Walt Disney World marathon. I ran more mileage then and simply did not eat enough. My Doctor diagnosed me with #Athletarexia!! Is that even a thing?!? Photo on the left is me last month after the finish of the Peavine Falls Race on the 4th of July, 2018. I’ve gone from 135lbs on the left to 150lbs on the right (current weight as of 8.20.18). I workout everyday in the gym, eat better and don’t stress about running as many miles everyday now. I know that I’m “bigger” than what I used to be a couple of years ago but I’m totally ok with it. I hardly ever weigh myself...numbers can be depressing. Especially for women! 😍This has been a long time coming (we’ve been working on this non-stop for almost a year) but we have finally gotten to a place where we are ready to share it with the world. We have done soft openings in the past just to gauge interest in our designs and test out new ideas but now we are finally ready to unveil our baby. When I was a kid I was big Into skateboarding and I used to get such a sense of pride wearing around my Element and DC shirts. I loved showing everyone how much skateboarding meant to me. When I got older and fell in love with 🏰Disney I quickly came to realize that there really wasn’t a brand like that that for us Disnerds. Sure there where little boutiques out there and obviously all of the Disney licensed stuff but nothing really that I was looking for. All the boutiques seemed to be selling variations of the same design and the licensed stuff all seemed to be aimed at a younger audience. With that in mind we set out to start our own brand, @tomorrowlandpress All of our designs are fresh and fun and while they are very clearly Disney themed shirts, they are also not too load and flamboyant. Start of DLParis week 14 and Dopey week 8!
Not sure if these New Balance shoes will make it till January.. The plan was to run just the 5K in them and then throw them away. But I never liked them, I have only ran 350K in them and that hole in the heel is becoming very annoying/painful. They might not survice Paris...
I did feel yesterday's 1hour workout in the gym in my legs today! Really need to visit more often. Did a 60-30 interval, and walked the last 10min because I chatted with a neighbour😉

👉🏻5 years ago I was back up to 265 lbs (Left Mark) and very unhappy
👉🏻3.5 years ago I joined my first Beachbody online fitness accountability group!
👉🏻I fell back in love with P90X, and a host of other new Beachbody workout programs, learned about macro nutrition and started drinking Shakeology. Every. Day.
👉🏻2.5 years ago I became a Coach myself, originally just to get a discount on great programs and Shakeology
👉🏻2 years ago I became a Diamond Coach and we formed our #FitNerds 💪🏻👓❣️coach team
👉🏻2 months ago I became a certified P90X Live Trainer!
Today (Right Mark) I’m happier and healthier than I’ve ever been! I’ve helped dozens of people on their health journeys, met some of the best friends I’ve ever had, and gotten within shouting distance of my goal weight. I can’t imagine where I’d be if I hadn’t taken that first step!

Slechte timing om ziek te vallen maar met een baby in huis zit de kans er natuurlijk altijd in. Drie weken het sporten moeten terugschroeven door een gigantische oorontsteking die maar niet onder controle raakt en er voor zorgt dat ik bij momenten zelfs ladderzat-zonder-alcohol was :-D.
Vandaag dan nieuwe medicatie gekregen en in handleiding staat (zoals in zowat elke handleiding van medicatie 😄) dat die kan zorgen voor stemmingswisselingen, hallucinaties, verwardheid, prikkelbaarheid en schizofrenie. Niets wat niet op te lossen is met een goede looptraining toch ;-) ? Dus snel die loopschoenen aan en deze week een paar rustige loopjes ingepland, volgende week gaan we weer knallen!
After three easy weeks having ear-problems the doctor decided to put me on another kind of medication. The manual warned me for a lot of possible psychologic problems (like all manuals seems to do 😉) so I decided to put on my runningshoes to undo the damage. Sounds like a plan, doesn’t it? 😄

A year and a half ago I ran my first half marathon. Today I signed up for my second. 🙊 running is not easy for me. I’ve never particularly found it fun. I’ve had 3 knee surgeries and it is a challenge. I’m not fast. But the REWARD. It’s unlike anything else. I can’t even wait. #rundisney#tiurundisney#tiurunner#tiuteam#princesshalf
