This workout felt like it was never going to end today for some reason. It finally did thank goodness. But not before making me do a bunch of crap I can’t stand lol. I feel better having it done, even if I disliked it today, it always feels better to get it out of the way. Tomorrow will be better!

I don’t know what my problem is exactly with the 35 series of this program but it’s definitely NOT my favorite.
I crushed it nonetheless, because I’m looking forward to getting through it and being stronger from doing it.

Day 8/30 — Yin for Outer Hip✨
This is another one of my favorites. I enjoy pigeon pose. Honestly I like any pose that helps me to extend/lengthen my body. I don’t wanna be an cramped up old lady. I still want to be able to move around and as flexible as possible. #Round2#YogaWithDeandre#Yogi
👆🏻😳🙄. Yep. That was me. 3am. Good times. Slept through my alarm too. Still got through all of my training this morning. Loaded up a toddler with some pancakes and apple juice... put him on my plyo box and got to work. He asked me why we were going to my weight room and I said umm because mommy doesn’t skip workouts. 🤷♀️💪🏻
