A nice third advent to all, today there are a few small rolls with a Christmas background. Today it snowed for the first time and the snow stayed even. Make something beautiful out of your day.

1. Pre-workout: @womensbest whey protein
2. Breakfast: protein chia oatmeal topped with raspberries, banana and peanut butter
3. Snack 1: cottage cheese with peanuts and strawberries.
4. Lunch: sushi (salmon cream cheese avocado rolls)
5. Snack 2: whole grain bread with sunflower seeds topped with spinach, bresaola ham and avocado with tomato on side.
6. Dinner: my all time favorite healthy sweet potato lasagna with ground chicken, egg, cottage cheese, cheddar and broccoli on side. . . .

Tokyo Steak here in Lancaster is dope. I had the Victoria Roll which is the first on the left. I didn’t get to take a pic of my mom’s food but she said it was good as well.
