Jumping from a risk to another.
This is a world of risks, and those who take none, get nowhere. It's normal to fall down sometimes as long as you don’t unpack your bags and sit there. Get up and get back on track. The key is to always surround yourself with people who push you forward and upward, people you know will pick you up the moment you fall. People who care. And remember to always follow your art.
Within 24 hours my life went from working a 9-5 job in a medical office. (7 years in the medical field) To a blowing alley from my phone. I took the leap of faith to get started on an amazing nutrition plan. The business allowed me to build the mindset to lose over 100lbs. To learn how to maintain my weight off too. That was the hard part. This opportunity allowed me to QUIT my full time job & begin to work from my iPhone 📲 in just 6 months I matched and have surpassed my previous my income. I hadn’t lost over 100lbs when I started the business either.
This is an incredible opportunity to change many lives. When I look back on my photos from not even a year ago it’s unbelievable how much has changed. This is for anyone who is willing to make themselves a priority and learn how to live a healthier and happier life.
I am mentoring anyone who would like to learn more and commit to what helped many of us change our lives forever. Use the products, wear the brand & talk to people. Don’t miss your events & keep the most positive attitude even when life seems to be crashing down on you. #Growth#GlowUp#ThenandNow#Flashbacks
We're absolutely bananas for Josephine Baker 🍌
This #WildWomenWednesday we're honoring an amazing woman who was a total MOLD BREAKER. As a performer, she challenged segregation by demanding her shows allow mixed audiences. As a international spy, (yes- you read that right) she transported confidential information across borders by writing in invisible ink on the sheet music she carried with her. As an activist, she spoke at the March on Washington alongside MLK. And with the beautiful soul she had, she adopted children from around the world, calling them her "rainbow tribe", proving that racial harmony was in fact attainable 💛
We have so much love for this woman, and the art she has inspired, like this piece by Paul Colin, a long-time friend of Baker herself ✨
You’re results suck because you haven’t decided to commit. .
If you decided to commit and tell yourself that no matter what comes my way, I will see it through until I achieve the desired result, you will create a certain type of energy backed by a unique motivation that cannot be explained. You just have to experience it, and the only way to do that is to Decide. Commit. Act. .
Going into something with the mindset of dabbling and not really investing into the idea is only creating an exit strategy for yourself that you will find so quick as soon as something starts to go in another direction. Dabbling into things will also create a certain level of frustration for you which will then lead to you getting real good at quitting. Leading with this approach also lets me know that you clearly do not have a plan or strategy to get there. “Trying” something for a few days, or even weeks or months and quitting isn’t going to get you where you need to be. Falling into this cycle will only lead to you going in circles. .
Tired of going in circles with your fitness? Tired of guessing about implementing the right program? Tired of wondering what if? Tired of just “trying” Wondering....”What if I really committed to it this time?” “What if I saw this thing through ALL the way?” “Just what if... Where would you be if you did? How would you feel? How does it look? What could really happen if you had a plan that could set you up for success? No more trying. Only doing, succeeding, learning, growing. Going in ALL the way. .
Make a committed decision right now to see your fitness goals through this year. Act on it. Create the habit of perseverance this year and watch your life transform right in front of you. Perseverance: persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. .
Hold on tight girl, this is the part where you find out who you are. ..
I know I’m passionate about health, wellness, and living a full life- and I know for me looking good on the outside is as important and feeling good in the inside which is why I workout, eat well and believe in natural based products for my hair and skin. You CAN have it all but it’s completely up to you to make that change happen. I had a dream that I would live my best life- I turned that dream into a vision, then that vision grew into a reality when I made the decision to take action. .. I know you have dreams too, I bet for many of you following me it’s leaving a job that no longer sets your soul on fire... but the reality is that change scares you. You fear what you do not know. You think that if you walk away from your job you could fail in network marketing and lose everything you’ve worked for but the real reality of it is fight or flight, without having a fallback plan you will either run scared back to what makes you comfortable or you will fight to succeed - which I will tell you is the more likely response for strong people - change is growth. So the only question is this... will you spend your life stuck in a place you don’t want to be, or will you grow?

It’s officially been 6 months since I stopped posting on my feed and here is why...
I walked away from @instagram for half a year because I came down with “did somebody like my post-syndrome” yes, I won’t lie. I took posting on Instagram as full time job for a couple of years and even though I was able to share some of my experiences, the connections never felt real. I was always checking if I could reach 1k on each post or if I would ever make it to 10k followers. So, I stopped posting and started reflecting on what I truly wanted to share with the world through this amazing platform.
So why the come back?
I don’t care anymore how many likes I get on a post or how many followers I have. I only care about “1,000 true fans” that will support and value my work. Being a female content creator is a challenging and yet an upcoming career. I want to be able to break those stereotypes and show the world that us women can also capture beauty through photo and video.
There will be many changes in my life in the next couple of months and I can’t wait to share them with you. Just wanted to say thank you to those who still love and support my art.

Was I afraid?
Afraid of failure- heck yes!
Afraid of having to go back- heck yes!
Afraid of a lifestyle change - heck yes!
Afraid of other people’s opinions- heck yes!
Am I still scared of these things? ~ heck yes!
But did any of these stop me? Heck No!
If I let fear take over all I would have is misery and regret.
I must admit I find it hard to make my own choices because of fear but I’m learning step by step to let go of that to eventually achieve what I want.
There’s a quote from @garyvee that says
“The regret that comes from not trying, is a lot more painful than the instant rejection of going for it”
Don’t let fear hold you back from doing what you love, life is to short and you only have the chance to do it once! ONE TIME! so live with no regrets
Do it for yourself!
