You're fired! Yip it's over. No this is not a warning.
If that makes you uncomfortable, then it's a similar feeling stepping out of your comfort zone and following through on that idea you've had, but never actioned.
A word of warning: don't let romantic idealism push you down a dead end road. Do the planning phase diligently and abort if your research tells you to. But don't let that stop you from trying the next one!
Great trip with our friends from Atenas, Costa Rica, where Jan and I live, to the National Theater in San Jose. We all rode on the bus behind me to hear a concert by a 7-piece jazz band. Had coffee before and lunch after the concert at an Italian restaurant. Another fun outing!
What do y'all do to help stay focused at work?! Some cool things about running a business from home is that I can set my hours to whenever I need to get stuff done and I can work in my pj's!! One down side to working at home is that I'll get started and then "wait! I need some water!" and then next thing I know it's an hour later and I've done the dishes, made lunch and started a load of laundry!! So tonight's motivation and focus is brought to you by Young Living’s Citrus Fresh and Abundance! This is a wonderful combination to help me get it done!! #youngliving#essentialoils#focus#ylbiz #retirementplans#getitdone#citrusfresh#abundance#nodistractions

The IRS has expanded its retirement plan correction programs. With a Self-Correction Program (SCP), a plan sponsor that has established compliance practices may self-correct certain plan document and loan failures without submitting the correction to the IRS for approval. They also don’t have to pay the IRS a fee or sanction when correcting failures. This expansion of the SCP includes the ability to correct defaulted plan loans and the failure to obtain spousal consent. (Rev. Proc. 2019-19) #retirementplanning#retirementplan#retirementplans#retirementplanner#retirementplanning2019#retirementplaning
Many of us are creeping toward that magical age of 65 where we get Medicare health insurance coverage. Gone will be the days of looking at each other to say, "We can't do early retirement, because what will we do about health insurance?" And that's true. But there are some things that Medicare won't cover, and that's where we come in. We'll connect you into a plan that will fill the gaps. There are lots of choices, but we will narrow it down for you.
And here's good news! These plans start out at 0 premium and are very good! The only reason you'd pay for this "gap coverage" is if you choose to. Most of our clients have the 0 premium plans.
If your health history is riddled with hospital visits and medications, then you may want to pay for your gap coverage to ensure you keep your medical costs down. And still these plans are reasonable.
Our part in all of this is to guide you, then be on hand for support throughout the year. We are free. You don't pay us.
