Work in peace, do you?
I always wonder when people ask me about work life balance and how I maintain it.
The formula is so easy that anyone can apply. You will feel the changes in 2 hours.
Yes! Your productivity level will be on the levels you want - how?
Step one - Do what you like in the last place!
Step two - Put efforts on the things as the first things in the morning when you hit the desk!
Step three - Make list of all thing things you do (including watching youtube, listening to songs, etc) this way you will gain the confidence that you justify the time you got while you worked.
Step 4 - Feel like home, don't give a heck who is there, who is not.
Step 5 - Just feel happy about what you accomplished when you told your laptop!
Do this one day and you will continue doing it everyday.
I can assure you as this has been working for all my employees and mentees and interns.
GOAL IS TO LOVE WHAT YOU DO AND THEN YOU WILL GET THE TIME TO DO SOMETHING YOU LOVE!
Now go and achieve more!
So for me greatness is about… Nobody knows what I’m capable of. But I know what I’m capable of. Getting better every single day. Never settling.
Never saying “I got a PHD, so I’m finished.”… “I got a few videos that went viral, I’m doing good.”… “I wrote 3 books.” Eric, you know at the end of the day when you lay your head down to sleep, you KNOW when you’ve given your best. You KNOW when you’ve gotten better. And greatness is challenging the today you and the FUTURE you saying you can get better.

I am curious, what is your interpretation of this statement?🤔 Mine is as follows: If you can so vividly imagine and believe that you deserve something that there is no doubt in your mind, and you then decide to provide the proper amount of service to truly deserve what you are searching for, you will eventually have it😉
You are 💯% responsible for your life; its happiness; its wealth and health. You choose the “Executive Officers,” also known as the people who will support and help you the best way they can throughout your life. 🔥
As the CEO of your life, you have the ability and the authority to make the important decisions in it. The departments are present to aid the organization to run smoothly; and, if something unfavorable should occur, they are there to help and protect the organization; and these departments have an interdependent relationship. I was scrolling through old photo albums looking for a 10 year challenge photo and the memories started flooding in.
I have few photos from 25 years old, before camera phones were a thing we had to lug around a digital camera in our bags.
Most of my photos centered around events - a movie premiere, night out at a Hollywood club, a road trip with friends.
I don't have any day-to-day pics from back then, and definitely no selfies.
Before posting any photos I used to examine each one for angles and flattery, not wanting to post anything that made me "look bad" or "look fat". Social media was still a new platform and it took many years and a lot of personal work to get comfortable posting so freely.
As I looked back at some of these images I remembered how tough my 20's were.
I was on a fixed income/budget, living way beyond my means, before I did any personal development, I was smoking a lot of weed, went through a very short phase of harder drugs than that, was in and out of crash dieting and diet pills and dating all the wrong guys.
I'd get to travel a couple times a year to the same places. Either I'd fly to see family because they'd pay with miles and I could stay for free or I'd drive up the coast of California to the Bay Area where my cousin has a guest house and would let me stay.
Basically the extent of my travel is wherever I could go for free, but nonetheless I reveled in the opportunity to get away and be in a different environment.
So looking back for a 10-year side by side photos did so much more for me. It made me appreciate how far I've come, how much life has changed and how grateful I am to have said yes to building a side hustle, which overtook my salaried income in a matter of months, and opened me up to so much possibility.
The increase in my income allowed me more options to travel, experience, invest in my health and grow myself. When I moved from linear to residual leveraged income, my time freed up to focus on what's important to me in any given season.
Meeting Zach six years ago was the biggest turning point for me, he exposed me to so much and held space for me to grow into the woman I am today. (Cont’d 👇🏻)
