From a recent shoot in Hillsborough, NJ.
This townhouse has a great layout, so the focus was on not only on the space , but also the flow. The goal, especially on the first floor, was to show the rooms in relation to each other. The challenge was making that happen in 25 photos, which is all the local MLS allows the agents to upload.
This shot of the #diningroom also gives a peek of the #livingroom through the #foyer . This provides the viewer with an idea of the layout and also adds a sense of depth to the shot.
Ok, so we visited some awesome places and this was one of them, it's on my "go back to with a beach shade and picnic basket" list. Anyone guess where it is? (ps it's not the 'known feature' of this place) #guesswhere

Give the pillows a quick ‘karate chop’ in the center, and add a gradient to the television screen that matches the direction of the sunlight.
You’re paying for professional photography. Or you may as well just do it yourself.
