I feel like I’ve been taken on a ride for 2,000 miles and that’s because I have. •
But I’ve already decided that tomorrow is a rest day and I plan to spend it at the beach despite having a long list of chores I need to get done before the weekend. •
So why am I daring to take a rest day only having been home for two days and amidst my extensive list of things I should be doing?!

AD| I only have three weeks left of my yoga teacher training… it has absolutely flown by (maybe not for Ayman though!). I actually see this as the beginning because there is SO much to learn and so many different areas you can deepen your knowledge and understanding in. I’ve never felt so on fire, scared, excited, nervous and emboldened all at once.
