So I was planning a totally different soapbox for today's #mindgymmonday but then Google informed sent me these articles.
For the first time since 2008 these bad boys have been updated. Sort of.
Without going down an exercise versus movement rabbithole (more on that another time) the moral is MOVE MORE.
Secondary moral for my fitness career peeps: take a moment to consider if the majority of your clients and leads are in the 20% of people who are already doing okay. Is that really why you got into coaching?
Then DM me if you want to reach the 80% that really need us because I'm all fired up about moving the stats on this in the right direction.
