All the fall feels today. Monday, A new day, a new week a new sunrise, a new blessing. Make the most of it and enjoy your day. Progress always involves risk; you can’t steal second base and keep your foot on first.
Any plans for this week?

An awesome ride today with @sharprichnorth who was one of my doméstique on the Whistler Fondo. Being on the road with people who know how to ride, respect and care about you is really important. Always love riding with people like Chris, I feel safe. Plus today it was my recovery day, we decoded to explore around the shore. Nothing to regret. Only the sun, fresh air and the beauty to appreciated. ————————————————————

Giro D’Squamish 🙃😉😄Just getting older, I stop caring what other people think, but also, I know who I am, and I know what I want. I am not afraid to say my age ...
What makes so many people scared of aging? Can you guess how old I am? ————————————————————

It’s a birthday time again. And I will be the first to acknowledge that I’m a very fortunate woman. I have a wonderful daughter, a thriving business I’m passionate about, and I’m enjoying cycling and endurance sports without any restrictions. One of the best parts of celebrating my birthday this year was going for a nice ride again. First ride with a New kit 😁of course for this day. I tried to ride my age in km, but it’s happen that I went just a little bit above this number. And I think that distance was short for me, I could go way further. Next year I will ride my age in mails, not km. Hope all of you had a fantastic Friday. Mine was good. ————————————————————

A busy life is a lonely life by definition. We don’t need to brag about being busy. There’s nothing special about being busy. We all have work to do. But don’t you think that if we have a brake even for a short walk throughout the day that would improve our productivity and enjoyment to finish work quickly with less stress.
I personally always make time during the day to go out for a ride. And if it’s happen that I can’t do that (which is really rear) I go out for a walk in the park or along the shore. Many of you know that I worked as an engineer for many years. I always rushing to finish projects on time. But there always was another that is coming. As a result of that my health dropped down dramatically. I was spending nights at the ER for pain control. And in the morning going back to work. All of this for what? At the end of 2014 I made a decision to quit my career path as an engineer. I focused on myself, my health and for short period of time my life took completely different direction. Since then I have never stoped doing what I love to do and what I am passioned about. I also discovered a new passion - cycling. Please stop celebrating being busy!
Have I missed something?

Happy Monday everyone. I am happy, but I will be way more happy if there is no wild fires, if there is no smoke that affects all of us and if people smile more often. Please smile, it is not that hard to do it.
