It does bother me when people say that they love animals more than they love humans (I know…my opinion is not so popular at least according to dating apps lol). But the matter of fact is that we are only human.
And yes “Subway makes me nervous, people pushing me too far”
But what made them go that crazy in the first place? “Animals and children tell the truth, they never lie”
Which one is more human
There's a thought, now you decide”
Maybe, if the new normal was to tell the truth and nothing but the truth rather than to hide
Let's get real for a minute. Can we talk honestly about overwhelm? I mean, like those times when you literally can't imagine walking across the floor because you are so entirely overwhelmed with everything on your plate that you just simply CAN. NOT. DO. IT???
Yet, somehow, you do? You put your head down, put on a smile, and just get it done. Who's with me? I'm tired. I'm not going to lie. I'm running a business, trying to be a good life partner for a man who supports this crazy life of mine, managing to not screw up the stepmom thing too badly, and hoping to work in some time with my beloved family and friends in there somewhere. The one thing that gives me comfort is YOU.
I know you are with me. I know you are tired too. I KNOW I am not alone. So, let's do this together. Let's support one another. I'm talking about that real connection, that REAL support. Starting today, let's give a little GRACE to one another. Let's reach out a hand to a sister, even if she seems like she doesn't need it. Trust me, she does. Let's say please, and thank you, and spread kindness and love and support. And let's turn the other cheek, because our fellow women really need us to be our best when they are at their worst.
Let's BE the women we want to raise, not just talk about doing it or wear a saying about it on a t-shirt. And most importantly, together, let's say NO a time or two. And let's hold one another accountable to doing it. Let's eliminate the overwhelm, because when this life is over, which let's be honest, can happen way sooner than we plan for, I PROMISE you they will not write "she did all the things" on your tombstone.
Much love babes. 💙💙💙

- dodinsky

What is a wishbone?
According to a popular custom, this bone from a cooked bird is broken by two people and the holder of the longer portion is then entitled to make a wish
You don't need to hold a bone but in your mind there will be a wish to be ~ wealthy
~ do what you can ~ live life to the fullest
and many more... Wishing is a good sign of wanting to do something.
Never let your wish die off because of laziness or excuses
Surround yourself with positive people who make you happy, people who make you laugh, who help you when you are in need. People who genuinely care. People who see your value and remind you of it. They are the one worth keeping in your life. Everyone else is just passing through.
Believe you can and you're halfway there. - T. Roosevelt ❣️🌷😘

“Every sale has five basic obstacles: no need, no money, no hurry, no desire, no trust.” – Zig Ziglar
I like the way Ziglar boils sales obstacles down to these five. Let’s quickly apply these to real estate.
1. There’s always a need. People have to live somewhere, right?
2. Many times money is a problem, whether it’s financesor financing. 3. A sense of urgency is something that helps any sale, but it can be hard to come by in real estate. Buying a home is a big decision, and honestly it’s not smart to rush into it. However, with the right data and expert advice, you can help clients make better, faster decisions.
4. I don’t think “no desire” is a problem for real estate. The vast majority of Americans aspire to own a home. Then a bigger, nicer home.
5. Trust is incredibly important to establish with your clients, as we already mentioned, buying a home is a huge decision. The more your clients trust you, the better decisions they’ll make, and the easier it will be for you to do your job

There are many aspects of the real estate business that teach you about so much more than just “real estate.” I think Mr. Isakson hits the nail on the head here. He served 22 years as the president of a real estate company, has served in the House of Representatives and as a US Senator. .
