Have you ever decided to part your hair on a different side only to feel like you were staring at a stranger?
When I was taking art classes we were asked to draw a portrait of ourselves upside down. This is because we are so used to looking at ourselves that we tend to draw what we think we look like, and not what we actually look like.
Pretty interesting, right?
So what do you see when you change your perspective? Do you like what you see? Does it make you feel uncomfortable?
Before the dusk.

Who would have thought at five-years-old we would remain best friends 20 years later? You’ve been there during my best and worst times, you’ve called me out on my crap but have always been nothing but supportive of me.
Now since I’ve watched you grow through the years, you have become such a handsome, intellectual, powerful, and loving human being. I am so blessed to have a best friend like you. Thank you for being there for me even when times were rough. Can’t wait to see you soon!
