Good morning Instagram! Today we launch 🚀 the Detox & Fat Loss Series. This will be explained in detail on IG & my website throughout the next 8 weeks. This is where it starts, How do we burn fat? How do we show off our muscles and six pack!? Well it begins with our health......💪
This has been a question, drive and motive to hundreds of my clients over the last 11 years and now I’d like to explain EXACTLY how the body Works and its relationship with toxins, food, training and results!💪
As you can see this is a photo of myself and other athletes flexing our abdominal muscles & six pack’s as hard as we can! Lots of people think we must have done lots of weight training to achieve this Greek statue look! That was part of the equation but the other part is having a long, hard look at your inner health which is:💪
Toxins, plastics, pollutants, metals, processed & refined foods, transfats, sugars and other forms of stress that effect our detox pathways, organ function and bodyfat goals! You/we need to know what’s damaging for our bodies and what to do when eating optimum food isn’t just good enough! What habits have you got that need eliminating in 2019? Smoking, alcohol, stimulants, sugar, junk food?💪

Can we do a throwback on a Monday? Well we are today! Major throwback to before I started prep, sitting at my heaviest weight I’ve been in a long time! Feeling very uncomfortable with how I was looking at the time. Even though I’m a quarter of the way in I feel that huge changes have been made since this video! First posing session I had with @emmahyndman_theposingpro ! Loads of progress has been made. Can’t wait to see the final product✂️✂️

Who else loves starting the week of with training legs? Or is it just me 🤔 -
I feel a lot of men forget that legs are an important muscle group as well as let’s say chest or arms 🤷♂️ and they decide to neglect it!
When legs and core are as important if not more important muscle groups as they are to carry your body weight and to keep your posture upright!
Plus if you don’t train legs then there’s summit wrong with you all!

نکاتی در مورد تکرار های زیاد حركات شكم ❤️ یکی از بزرگترین اشتباهات بسیاری از ورزشکاران که به باشگاه مراجعه میکنند ، انجام بیش از حد تمرینات شکم و پهلو به منظور لاغری است
در تمرینات شکم نکات زیر قابل ذکر است :
۱) انجام تمرینات شکم و پهلو ( و به طور کلی تمرین با وزنه ) به منظور از بین بردن چربیهای شکم باید متناسب با رژیم غذایی باشند ، تنها با ورزش هوازی میتوان چربی کم کرد و به وزن مطلوب رسید .
۲) تمرین بیش از حد شکم میتواند موجب ناراحتی در ناحیهی کمر شود . بیش از میزان توصیه شده به تمرین این ناحیه نپردازید .
۳) اگر مایل به رسیدن سریعتر به هدف هستید بهتر است برنامهی غذایی خود را بیشتر تحت نظر داشته باشید یا مدت تمرینات ایروبیک خود مانند دوچرخه سواری ، پیادهروی ، دو و شنا را زیادتر کنید .

Huge congratulations to @tomocoleman and @mayanassarfitness who have been inducted into our hall of fame. Maya and Tom both competed in our very first show all those years ago. Maya is now a mother, international cover model, gym owner, TV personality and a lot more, whilst still being a competitor with Pure Elite and @diamondsfitnesspageant Maya is one of the hardest working people I know in the fitness industry and watching her grow over the years has been a joy.
@tomocoleman has become a huge international fitness model and business owner. Being one of the nicest guys I know, always willing to help anyone if he can. The drive and dedication it takes to build a physique like Tom’s is crazy. That takes years and years of consistency in the gym and kitchen.
Most importantly Maya and Tom both have the personalities and core beliefs that match our core beliefs and they have remained humble and friendly.

A short but sweet off season has now officiallyyyyy ended.
Top 3 photos 7 days out from my first fitness model competition for @pureelitecomp in November last year. When I looked back to see these photos it motivated the HELL out of me, always a good idea to take photos even if they are only for you to see.
Bottom 3 photos 16 weeks (ish) out from my second competition... 10kg up on stage weight, 2kg higher than my start point last prep with 5 extra weeks than last time 🦍

31+4 weeks pregnant! Not long until we meet our little boy 💙
I have lost sooooo much size and muscle during my pregnancy as I have not been able to train (consultants orders). It has been hard to see my body change and for my little muscles to become even more smaller! However, it will be worth it and I know I will have forever to rebuild my body! This is just a pause in my fitness journey while I do something amazing 😍
