Gluten Free Morning Glory Muffins!! Lately I’ve been reaching for muffins rather than oats or toast as a morning carb with my greek yogurt, so I decided to make my own! These muffins are LOADED with fruits and veggies (carrots, apples, coconut, raisins, and almonds) which makes them loaded with vitamins and minerals 😍 and they even use applesauce instead of oil to keep the fat content down! GF Morning Glory Muffins:
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 GF Flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup peeled, grated carrots
1/2 cup grated apple
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup slivered almonds
2 large eggs
1/4 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons water
How to make:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Cover raisins in hot water, set aside
3. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, and salt.
4. Add in carrots, apple, coconut, and almonds.
5. In a separate bowl beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and water. Add to flour mixture until evenly moistened. Drain raisins and add them in.
6. Scoop batter into a greased muffin tin. Bake 25-28 min. Let cool, enjoy!

NOW I weigh 140lbs more muscle if anything. There is nothing wrong with me on the left but just I had poor eating habits and self esteem issues (starving myself). Most people didn’t know I was starving myself because I wanted people to think nothing was wrong. Fitness is a mental game. It doesn’t just build your body but mainly your mind. I just want you to know you ARE worth it. You ARE beautiful and you ARE capable of being your best self. Ever since moving away from home on my own, I have truly found myself and who God always wanted me to be. The inside is just now showing on the outside. Being an instructor brings me so much joy and sometimes I cry happy tears because I feel so blessed (yes I’m obnoxious and emotional) The fact that clients choose my classes and let me yell at them to push themselves beyond their limits and sweat it all out on the bike (and mat during hardCORE). The PROPER SQUAT! 🏋🏼♀️ There is ALWAYS room to grow and perfect your form! Here are a few tips on how to get the proper squat, as well as some common mistakes! 👇🏼 SWIPE ➡️ to see correct vs incorrect squat form. 👍🏼
👉🏼 Correct: 👇🏼
1. Keep the trunk upright, shoulders relaxed, and spine in a neutral position
2. Set feet hips width apart with toes slightly pointed outwards
3. Slowly lower your body down as you initiate the squat at the hip followed by the knees
• Keep the core tight by filling your abdomen with air and pushing your belly button towards your spine. This protects your spine and creates increased stability into the lower back
4. Drive your hips in behind you to allow for the weight to be placed into your heels
5. As you lower yourself, make sure you keep your knees lined up with your big toe and that your knees don’t buckle inward
• Having trouble keeping your knees from coming forward? Place an object in line with your knees as you are squatting and squat as if you were trying to sit in a chair behind you
6. Continue to lower yourself down until your hips are roughly parallel with the floor
7. Push up with your heels to return to the starting position and exhale

1. Overarching your back
2. Keeping your weight on the balls of your feet
3. Poor breathing technique
4. Knee’s buckling in
5. Pelvic tilt (butt wink)
6. Chest down
About 2.5 months into my cut and I am thinking I’ll need 6 months. 🏆 That’s okay! I use to think I had shape.. then I took time away and now I can really see true, more mature shape! Exciting but I have a lot of time left before I’m ready! Change has been significant but there’s a lot of change to make, and that I can acknowledge !

THE BEST WORKOUTS I HAVE FOR ME ARE 👉🏽 When I am angry, stressed and frustrated like today! This is where I feel like I exceed the most because I am getting everything off my chest from the day. Fitness isn’t just my escape but my release outlet. It’s a health mental game and physical last. Yeah I grunt, scream, talk to myself to keep going and complain to myself out loud in the gym...but i just do not care. I’m not there to for looks, I’m there to crush goals and crush negative energy. I ain’t worried about who’s watchin. This is me vs me! When this became my therapy is when I thought I was the only one in the gym lol. But hey no pain no gain and if you aint sweatin and screamin to get that last rep in...you aint workin lol #teamBEAST 😈💪🏽💦
This workout was cardio and abs day! Ropes are perfect for spiking your heart rate and workin that upper body! I mainly do abs to strenthen my core but once wedding day gets closer..time to shreddd! Until then...
