Don’t spend this summer hiding your upper body. Start training now for sexy, sculpted shoulders with this quick circuit!
Choose two sets of dumbbells: one light and one medium to heavy.
Complete all three exercises on one side and then switch. Do this for 3-4 rounds each side!
1️⃣ Overhead press (med/heavy): 10-12 reps
2️⃣ Lateral raise with forward rotation (light!): 8-10 reps
3️⃣ Front raises (stay light): as many as you can!
Try to rest only between sets and make sure you are keeping your core tight, standing nice and tall!
Okay, now try to lift your arm and brush your hair!😉

TRUTH: Chronically tight single side back is a BAD THING!!! "WHY?!!?!?" There is a good chance that this means your hips aren't the same height.
Which means your legs aren't the same length.
Which could mean that shoulders aren't even.
If you don't understand, PAY ATTENTION to how I stand in the begining of the video.
This is bad because it means how you deal with gravity on the left and right sides of your body is NOT even.
This could only mean bad things for your feet, ankles, knees hips, shoulders and really everything in between.
