Using artificial intelligence, Facebook can now automatically generate captions for photos in the News Feed of people who can’t see them. According to Facebook, the software has been trained to recognize about 80 familiar objects and activities, but it is programmed to continue learning over time as it scans more images. The program will decode and describe images so that visually impaired people using screenreaders to navigate a computer will know what is being shown on the screen. "On Facebook, a lot of what happens is extremely visual," said Matt King, a Facebook engineer who lost his sight as a result of retinitis pigmentosa. "And, as somebody who's blind, you can really feel like you're left out of the conversation, like you're on the outside … This is in its very early stages, but it's helping us move in the direction of that goal of including every single person who wants to participate in the conversation.” #tech#progress#future#artificialintelligence#facebook#socialmedia#blind#awesome#bestof#community#photography#images
I'm really pleased to announce that optional payment plans are now available when booking Walk to Run! 🙌🏼 I know that January can be a struggle financially and a few people have said that they really want to do the program but asked if they could split the payment... so the answer is YES and i've now made this available to all! 😀 You can find out more info about the program and schedule your free chat with me or go straight to book your place via the link in bio
I’ve learned SO much about personal finances since beginning my journey 6 months ago. It amazes me how much I’ve grown during this time. While I’m a long ways from gaining complete control of my finances, I am encouraged by my progress. Can’t wait to see my progress 6 months from now. 🤗

Honestly though, this is probably the most confident I’ve ever been in my body. I used to weight 129lbs and i restricted to myself to less than 1500 calories, and would run miles a day.. (i literally thought i was “fat” back then too 🤦🏼♀️). i remember feeling soooo fucking miserable thinking there had to be a better way.
Now i eat whatever the hell i want, minimal cardio, and i weigh about 147 and don’t even care about the scale because I’m healthy AF ✌🏻 _
None of this changed until i started working on my mindset though and truly started loving myself. Your body is an outward appearance on how you feel inside. If you don’t love your body, you won’t see results in the gym. It’s that simple.

Motivation 🤔 -
Yesterday I asked on my Instagram story what you struggled with the most regarding training and nutrition? A lot of of people said they struggled with motivation so here’s my take on how to get motivated.
What are you trying to get motivation for? What is it you actually want to achieve? You want to loose some weight and feel better within yourself? That’s great. So from there let’s create some specific goals towards losing weight and feeling better within yourself.
Then having a plan in place to get you where you want to be would be the next step. If you’re trying to achieve something without a plan, how will you get there?
On sticking to your plan and seeing your results your motivation will naturally increase. As nothing feels better than seeing yourself progress to be where you want to be.
Remember everyone has off days/low days/bad days. But that’s ok. Pick yourself up and carry on.
The only way you’re going to gain motivation is if you actually truly want what you’re working towards.

Bananas are definitely a “healthy” fruit and I eat it all the time! but it’s a quite calorie dense fruit compared to watermelon, strawberries, oranges etc were you can eat a lot more! So if your trying to lose weight and love to eat big and still keep your calories low then this is a really simple swap!
And for you who struggle to eat all the calories you need and are eating a lot of “low calorie volume foods” then switch to bananas, dried fruits and fresh juices and make it easier for you 💪

So here is a thing: There IS NO "FAT BURNING" workout.
There is no magic or specific workout that burns fat. You burn fat only if you are in a caloric deficit or at least at maintenance calories (but this is a hard thing to do and takes more time)! So when you see "fat blasting"/"fat burning" workout it is just a way of fitness people to attract their followers. You can do as much cardio or HIIT as you like thinking that you will burn fat- as long as you do not eat less calories than you consume through movement, sports and "living" the only thing that you will lose is your mind asking yourself what are you doing wrong and why you don't see results you want to see.
I don't say that those workout are not efficient or you won't benefit from them. Yes, you will see results, maybe put some muscles and maybe get rid of some fat (depending how much you eat again). But my only point in this post is: There is no magic workout that burns fat! Ok?
And there is no magic workout that builds muscles!!! Exactly like: There is no magic food that burns fat! (But this is another thing to discuss).
Nutrition is such an important thing when it comes to building muscles and losing fat.
Learn to eat in the right way for your goals so you will get the best results 💯💯💯.
