💥AVOID PLANE PAIN💥
Say that 5 times fast 😜
Now, before we begin, I believe the BEST remedy to relieving plane pains and discomfort is actually improving your mobility and strength BEFORE getting on a plane!
We always want the quick fix for that particular moment, or only at that time, but the reality is, if you’re getting pain EVERY time you ride a plane, the problem is not the plane... it’s you 😳
Oh. Harsh, I know.
We need to stop looking for the quick fix.
How many times do you need to hear that it doesn’t exist 🤨
If you want to begin learning what YOUR individual body needs (not someone else’s!), I would highly recommend diving into The Mobility Method.
You are NOT your diagnosis.
There is NOT one fix for all injuries/pain.
Your body is indeed unique and should be treated as such.
So, click the link in the bio and get searching
Now, in the meantime, here are some stretches that CAN help relieve some discomfort you may experience from time to time on a plane.
Keep in mind:
💥This NOT a permanent fix
💥Pain WILL come back if not addressed from the root cause
💥If you are a bit taller and in economy, I understand some of these will be a bit difficult to accomplish (especially the last one 😜)
💥Overall, I highly recommend rolling a pillow, blanket or jacket behind the back for support
💥The neck stretches are AWESOME. Do them often, and make sure you have a double chin to start
Last, please forgive the super cute 15+ hour plane hair I have going on!
It’s a new look I’m going for 💁♀️
Next time you’re on a plane, keep these in mind!

1️⃣ Training 5-6x a week, including 2-3 HIIT sessions. I had a pretty good score for IPPT as well. .
2️⃣ Disaster struck, had my second road accident and it was worse than the first. The injuries I sustained prevented me from doing an training for almost 2 weeks. .
3️⃣ 2nd week back into my training regime. Haven’t been able to do much lower body training but you do what you can. Zero excuses!
▪️In all truthfulness, even if you are on the right track, eating well and training hard. Progressions doesn’t work out to be a smooth uphill climb. Sometimes you get injured, catch a flu bug or eat out for events/birthdays etc..
That’s part of progression!
▪️The bottom line is - unexpected events can happen. So don’t dread over it because you lost your GAINS or gained back some body fat %. Sh*t happens!
▪️Trust your process and keep moving forward. The last thing you want is to get caught up about what happened and beat yourself up over it.
Positive Vibes Only y’all! ✌🏼
My back is coming a long, getting more defined. Feels like the bulk really helps me build more definition even though im not very clean hehe.

Three years of progress!
A a huge part of my adult life is interalizing the idea that you can't ever compare yourself to others but you can always compare yourself to what you have done and what you could do.
Never stop doing what you love.
When I first started my fitness journey I hated everything about my body. I was overweight, fat, and ugly. There wasn’t a part of me that I loved. Fast forward to now: I actually really like my body, despite extra stomach fat. I’m confident in myself and my strength and I love seeing how far I’ve come and how far I’m going to go. I started this bodybuilding program to prove something to the people who told me I couldn’t do something because I wasn’t strong enough but I’m continuing with the program because of how confident I feel while doing it.
Y’all I absolutely love the programs that I am offered. They challenge you. They change you. They make you more confident in yourself & when I see progress pictures it makes me so much more thankful to be part of such an amazing company. Here’s to prep week starting today in my challenge group & my bulk phase starting today as well! Bring on ALLLLLL the muscle building & carbs! 😍
Not sure if these leggings are now uncomfortably tight because they shrunk or because my booty grew hmm 🤔 Lowkey annoyed tho because I only just bought them a few months ago and wore them literally three times 🤦🏻♀️, but that’s okay cause it means GAINS 💪🏼
