Tri Sets are important because they are three consecutive exercises done one after another with a rest at the end.
These work your muscles optimally in that you are rested when you start the next round.
1.) Dumbbell Bench Press
2.) Seated Arnold Press
3.) Close Grip Pushups
Try this one! Let me know who is going to do this!
🎤⭐️For private vocal lessons for younger kids, we make it fun and easy to learn! Miss Carly started Fiona’s first lesson with warm ups and explained how she gets her tone. 👍She also gave her practice homework that is fun to sing.
🙂Check out the sticker meter and what’s coming up next week!
✔️This picture along with a recap is captured in our smartphone app and sent to Fiona’s parent so they can see her progress and help with practice at home.

Goodbye Magic Tree, hello #pianosafari! In my quest for the best piano method book I have arrived here. They had me at landscape page orientation, large note size, limited distractions on the page, rote pieces for days, and a huge focus on technique, even from day 1! 🎹🎹🎹🦁🐸🦘🦅☕️
HITTERS....too often when I see guys facing harder velo whether in a game or practice, they feel the need to rush their load. You guys will shorten your leg kick, speed up your load, shorten your stride, etc. because you think you don’t have time to catch up to harder velo. And what happens is you speed up the process of your swing and end with no rhythm with your timing still off.
Pay attention to all of three swings and notice how their leg is still in the air as the pitch is nearly halfway to home plate. What does that tell you? It tells you that have time to catch up! Our hands/swings are a lot faster than we think. You don’t need to cut your load off to get on time-these guys certainly don’t (they see FB’s upper 90’s every day). •
If you’re late on the FB, the adjustment should be to START your load earlier not change your load. Also, you can think about shortening up! A long swing is a slow swing. And leg kicks should help us get on time when reacting to off speed. Just something to think about before you abandon your load. Trust the leg kick 👌🏼 Slow Feet, Fast Hands.
