Tuesday (flip the switch) quote:
"Live a 'GET TO' life, not a 'HAVE TO' life." ~ unknown
Replace 'HAVE TO' with 'GET TO' and see how that changes the perspective.
You have a body that works well enough that you 'GET TO' go to the gym and train.
To often we take our health for granted. How would you feel if the ability to train was taken away from you? If you no longer ‘got to’ let alone had to?
This quote reminds me of another replace phrase that I find very powerful as well. Do you remember the following:
Replace 'I don't have time for subject X' with the phrase 'Subject X is not a priority.'
I don't have time to get to the gym and look after my health doesn't sound so nice when you say "My health and going to the gym isn't a priority."
Words are powerful, live a 'GET TO' life. Don’t take your good health for granted, prioritise what’s most important, stack everything else in line behind that.
Long time no see 👋🏽
First of all; I’m surprised any of you guys are still here, cuz I sure as hell haven’t been 😅
A LOT has happened since last time, which is like a little over 5 months ago, so here’s a “quick” little summary:
I finished upper secondary school in the beginning of June and right after that I went on an amazing trip with a couple of friends from my class.
After I got home it was time for me to pack all of my stuff because my family and I was moving to a smaller town.
I got to live there for almost 2 months before I had to pack my stuff (again), because I was moving across the country to start Uni 🙊
I’ve been living “on my own” in a student corridor with 4 other people for about 3 months now and I really like it here. The city I’m in is one of Sweden’s bigger student cities, so there are a lot of things to do.
I am now a full time student, studying veterinary nursing and I truly feel like it’s the right thing for me 😋
Along with that I still have a job at the gym where I hold a class once a week and I’m also working at one of the many student pubs in the city which I really like doing.
As you might have guess; my time spent at the gym has decreased a lot these past few months. At some point I started to fall out of love with it; it just didn’t make me happy anymore. In fact; it actually kinda made me unhappy; so I stopped going. This break has been the longest I’ve ever taken since I started working out almost 3 years ago, but it was a well needed break. It made me rethink my “why”.
“Why I started?”
And most importantly
“Why I choose to continue?”
Today is my fourth day in a row of working out and even thought it’s nothing compared to what I used to do; I’m not where I used to be, and that’s okay. Circumstances change and priorities do as well. I feel like I’ve settled down now and I’m ready to find a new balance in my life; One where I can fit school and work and a social life and last but not least; picking up and putting down heavy stuff 💪🏽🙌🏽

Box 3 has been purchased🤷🏼♀️ who am I shopping in M&S these days, my mum would never ever shop there and here I am living the high life of the highly restrictive welsh student loan #priorities#food
Pages 316 - 322 for 2018 #stillalive ....
So I’ve not posted for a while, why? 💭 change....
📍 training - I’ve felt a little lost with training I’ve been hitting the gym but with more a going through the motions than with the passion I’m used to which I don’t like and has taken it toll on me mentally 📍 diet - I’ve been a little lax with this, not eating when I should and then just not enjoying what I have been eating, this lack of structure stresses me 📍 sleep - this has been absolutely crap lately, not enough and very poor quality 📍 health - not the best at the moment linked to all of the above stresses 📍 personal life - a number of changes and events which has caused further brain ache
So I needed a break...I’ve now implemented a few changes and I’m going to be extremely regimented with these changes and some things will take a hit but it’s necessary for me to make things better 🤞🏼 life is not always rosy and things sometimes hit us harder than we realise 😑
Daily Minute Ep. 060 - Manifest Your Life
Please comment and like if you agree 👍
Manifesting a life that you dream of is no simple task. It comes with an intense level of faith and belief. This is a very deep spiritual belief that you can attract the type of life you wish for yourself. Often we will face lots of opposition and many times we might have some negative thoughts come into our minds trying to derail us from our manifestation. We may get disappointed and we may get frustrated. However, the key to successful manifestation if to believe without the shadow of a doubt that you will get exactly whatever you visualize for yourself. You trust that God will allow you to get anything and everything your heart desires. In the comments we can discuss in detail how that is possible and how one must be careful what they manifest. But the short of it, is that if the right amount of belief, God will grant your every wish. So be careful what you wish for.

This is how you can usually find me.
In my shop, no makeup and doin my thang.
I won’t apologize for looking like I got ran over by the hot mess express.
I hustle. I hustle hard. I serve my customers with every fiber of my being and bless others constantly. This is what it’s all about.
Hot ironed locks and face paint aren’t going to get the orders pulled, y’all.
Make Room for Who and What Is Truly Important
This is always a number one priority for me BUT sometimes other things and commitments creep in and THEN who and what is truly important can end up on my back burner. I fix this by pausing and considering where I am spending my time and see if I have made enough room for Who and What are Truly Important. If not, I do some quick shuffling with my life until I’m feel better and back on my own track with Who and What are MY Truly Important.
If you are finding that you are off track and want support staying focused for all of 2019, reach out and let’s begin the conversation. I will be taking on a few new ONE on ONE clients for January 2019!

What’s your biggest weakness, guilty habit or the thing you prioritise the least in your life? I imagine these are the type of questions you discuss with your partner, friends, in job interviews or through mindful reading, but have you ever asked yourself those questions directly, allowing yourself to be vulnerable and really open up. I had a conversation with one of my friends last week about life and I’ve been asking myself these questions since and it’s really sparked some thought for myself. If I had to answer honestly, I’d say me, I always put myself last on things to take care of list. I’m a self confessed stress-er, worrier, workaholic, people pleaser, commits to far too much and cares more about what other people think of me rather than how I think of myself which leads to me having very few spare hours and my mind going wild at night lying in bed. I’ve been so anxious thinking my long term career, will I ever be qualified? Will I ever be able to have a new car? Will I ever be able to move from a flat to a house? Will anyone love me for me as I’ve got zero self confidence feeling fat and ugly, or will Mr Right never turn up and I’ll be single forever? Will I ever get to meet my future children? The list goes on and as the years go past I feel time is running out. However in the past week or so, I’ve started to feel a lot more positive about a few aspects in my life (don’t get me wrong it’s a few, I’ve cried about others, but it’s a start), and I’d honestly say it’s down to putting myself first that little bit more via my account and following my passion. I love home interiors, love cleaning and it really is a mood and happiness booster at the moment when friends, family & strangers are commenting about how nice my decor and home are! Instagram for me has only been a beneficial platform, I’ve spoken to some lovely people and have found some great inspiration and tips, it doesn’t matter if you’re on a budget like me or have surplus cash, there is an account for it all. So the whole point of this post is to always do what makes you happy! Life is far too short to be unhappy which is what I’ve been for most of the year!Positivity & happiness only for 2019 ❤️

🔥What are your priorities?🔥

Most people have time to regularly satisfy 3 priorities. If there’s extra time, a 4th or 5th can sneak in
For the majority of people, family and friends are their #1 priority, as well they should be 👍🏼
Work has to be up there too. Gotta pay for stuff, unfortunately😒
The third is where we start having more choice. Some people have more responsibilities and have to factor those in but most people can designate a few hours to something. That can be a hobby, reading, watching TV, playing video games OR it can be exercising and organizing their nutrition
With the number of benefits that exercise and eating properly has and how much of an impact it can have in all facets of life - it should be a no brainer. If you have a goal of losing weight then this definitely has to be number 3 on your list
That doesn’t mean you can’t watch TV or read. Not at all. Reading, TV or relaxing are important too because they reduce your stress. I assure you that there will be time for that - after your workout and have your meals planned 😊
The only way to have real, lasting results is to consistently prioritize exercise and proper nutrition. Dieting or working out for a week or 2 won’t do much. It has to be a top 3 priority forever...Just like spending time with family and going to work
Oh and obviously you’ve got to spend some time on social media to check out my posts 😉😂
Let me know if you’ve got any questions at all 🤔

A common theme at the Gorgeous and Grateful event was the importance of honoring God (and yourself) by NOT getting on the phone first thing in the morning. 90% of the women in the room made the commitment to honor their morning time! This habit transformed my life! 👉🏻What about YOU? Do you wake up, reach for the phone and start scrolling? Our spirit is soft, sweet and receptive in the morning so be conscious of what your filling it with. Connecting + talking to God first then staying connected throughout the day will keep you grounded, peaceful and aware. 🙏🏼 I try to give myself a few small windows of time to jump on IG and engage, reply to DM’s and comments then jump off instead of the mindless scrolling. I’m guilty of getting sucked into the rabbit hole at times😬 But it’s about being mindful about where we’re putting our attention. God first then everything else will follow! #mondaymotivation#godfirst#priorities#morningroutine#timemanagement#thecoachingsanctuary

Question: Have you finished all your Thanksgiving shopping? Have you decorated your home for the Holidays? Is your bar stocked for guests? Are you a permanent or fresh floral/greenery type? Did you create gifts for your guests to take home? Have you arranged and re-arranged and arranged again your dining table and place settings? Did you pick out what you’ll wear next Thursday, hair and nails? How about all the kiddos and your husband and the fur babies and the fish tank? And, and, and....Yeah. Me neither. I’ll be lucky if I even get a shower in. So don’t hug me too tight when you see me. 😂 Oh and I like whisky. Jus sayin’ 🥃 Cheers!
