Ms. Triana’s pre-kindergarten class had fun exploring the new features of the two-year-old play yard. It was a great way to get some outdoor time before the rain hit us again!
Wooden blocks are timeless. They continue to be among the most used materials in the classroom. Children building with blocks engage in the same creative thinking, problem solving, spatial and logical reasoning that engineers, programmers, and many other undiscovered professions do! #littlesandbox#littlesandboxpreschool
So, a 4 year old gave some solid advice today.
As I normally do, I try to come up with creative ways to deal with the mundane task of cleaning up the toys, so today....I decided I needed superheroes to help me. (And when I say my acting was on point)
Anyways, this very strong adorable girl, at first quietly says, "you don't need a superhero, you want a superhero." I caught her and said, "what did you say, nora?" "I SAID..... you don't need a superhero, you just want one." At this point in my life that resonated heavily with me. I'm an extrovert so I get my power from others and crave it to the point of feeling like I need to be "saved" from myself.
But today, Nora, in honor of your inspiring words.....I will be my own superhero because I am super. I am a hero. And I don't need somebody to be all powerful.....I have all the tools I need to be a superhero! 🏃♀️🙌 #preschoollife#inspiration#wordsofwisdom#selflove#youareenough#love#hope#peace#tranquility#joy#superhero#kids#quotes#smartkids#lovemyjob#beauty
From knowing the letters in his name, to working a ridiculous hotwheels contraption by himself, this sweet boy just catches on to everything and loves learning everything. People say I’m crazy because I started all over when Garrett was 8 but I don’t regret it for a moment. I’m a more patient mother this time around, I know how quickly it goes so I embrace all the moments and remember he won’t be this small forever. #ezraspencer#ezrasmiles#toddlermom#preschoollife

See these children? They have amazed me in the short time I have been training with them. They come to the dojo so eager & ready to learn. They attack each new challenge with confidence & determination. I don't know how I got so lucky to have the honor of training them, but mark my words, I will be posting a group photo of all of them with black belts one day! These kids are the future of World Champion Taekwondo!
I have been stumped on to what to do with our sensory bin this month. Leave it tk Target to give me inspiration as I walk by the clearance section this morning. Found these 2 floral fillers on clearance and they were perfect to add to my penguin that I found on Amazon. The kids loved it! It always amazes me how something so simple can bring them so much joy😊
So happy I can bring them that joy
This is the face you make when one of your students takes his shoe off and tosses it over the hedge into the swamp and cries because he has no shoe any more. Also good arm do y’all have baseball here ?! #reallyhomie?! #missmob#preschoollife

Arson has discovered a new "cool" way to get his jacket on by himself and insisted "Take my picture and put it where i can see it over and over" which is his way of saying #Instagram#steppingintoindependence
The school year is half over and pointing at the ABC board saying your alphabet is getting kind of boring, so we changed it up. 👩🎨
Today I made use of the large chalkboard wall, that my husband put up in our entryway, and I wrote the alphabet. 🔠
Little man traced over every letter with water erasing the chalk lines. ✍️ When he was done, the water had dried, so he went over the water lines with chak re-drawing each letter. 🙌
He was focused and eager to do more!! 👀
What are some things or ideas you can implement to change it up a bit??
🗣VOICE SEARCH is the future of SEO!! And it's coming in hot. So what can you do now to help increase your chances of getting found on a voice search? Two things. (Well obviously more than two, but for the sake of this post, you can start here.)
1. Write posts that include "trigger words" in the title. Words like "how," "what," and "best" tend to be used when people use voice search, so if your content uses those words Google will notice it. For example - if you write a post titled "How to taste wine the right way and look like a pro" (I was obviously just in Napa LOL), you could come up in a voice search when someone says "hey Siri, how do I taste wine the right way?"
2. Include your keyword in your title and meta snippet. Your title is the top line people see when they search, and the meta is the little description underneath it. Make sure you're keyword is in both of those so it's easy for Google to figure out what your post is all about. •
If you're itching for even more SEO tips and tricks (and who isn't?!) I wrote a free guide that you can download - the link is in my LinkTree in my bio. You can also leave a comment here or send me a DM if you want more info on getting personalized SEO support from meeee! 🤗🤗🤗 #seotips#voicesearch#mindthegap

Got my 20 minutes in after a super cray cray day at school! .
Felt so good to sweat out all of the stress and anxiety from the day 😅 .
Now to work on some coaching before heading to our young adult group with our church!
Ms. Yukie and Ms. Jamie’s threes class had so much fun creating collaborative art with music.
First, drew with pencil, then with sharpie, then with a paintbrush. They added texture using balloons and glitter to make it sparkle.

❤️Marbled Heart Garland❤️⠀⠀
These painty hearts are my favorite Valentine’s Day decor😍. ⠀⠀
C loves to spray and squirt all of the shaving foam and paint. I love the beautiful bright colors sitting on a cloud of shaving cream. 😍⠀⠀
Swipe to see all the spraying, squirting, and scraping!⠀⠀
•Lightly swirl the colors in a slow back and forth motion. Make sure you don’t stir so much that you mix the colors together! ⠀⠀
• We used acrylic paint, but you can use tempera paint, or even food coloring to get a lighter washed out effect. ⠀⠀
•Old credit cards, or gift cards make great scrapers for little hands. ⠀
•Stack your template on top of several sheets of card stock paper, and staple them together to cut out multiple hearts at one time.

Goodmorning and HAPPY FRIDAY! I am so ready to hang with all my friends today and PLAY PLAY PLAY! Don’t forget children learn through play! It is so important to be ready every morning with activities and new ideas for children! #preschoolteacher#preschoollife 🍎👩🏼🏫
Sometimes it’s super easy to overthink our play experiences. But this year I’m vowing to keep it simple!
Today I went live in my Play Ideas Facebook group to share a really easy and portable play set up that can be achieved in even the smallest of spaces and a record amount of time. Easy. Peasy.
A small world in a tray is so super simple. They often only take me a few minutes to throw together and always result in little learners who are totally engrossed in their play!
I’ll often set up something like this for supervised play that I can bring out over and over throughout the week (and sometimes even several weeks).
Swipe across to see Lilly helping me recreate this popular small world from months ago during our live session today! 😍 #SmallPlaySpacesChallenge
The outside world shapes children's development through experiences that they have, which include using their five senses; hearing, sight, smell, taste, and touch. Drawing a child's attention to the five senses and discussing them increases understanding of and communication about the world around us. This is extremely important for children’s development. :) I have had so much fun teaching my class about our five senses and enjoyed all of our daily activities!! Our bulletin board is finally complete! 🤗 #preschoolteacher#preschoollife
